Our 48 m² newly renovated and bright apartment has space for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is modern and equipped with lots of love. The apartment is cosy, modern and bright. In this way, living space is comfortable. The non-smoking apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with separate toilet. A fully equipped modern kitchen, including towels and bed linen are also available during your stay.
The bright kitchen with its dining area is a wonderful place to meet for breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine while talking about the exciting events of a day in Vienna. Elevator in the building. Our apartments make you feel right at home.

SMOKING POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Dear Guests!
Please note that all rooms in the apartment are non-smoking rooms and it is not allowed smoking in any common area (on the windows as well).
Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of EUR 150.00 for extraordinary cleaning, apart from the damage material that may occur.
Please feel free to smoke outside the building.

With our apartments you will have luck by your side because they are freshly renovated, clean and above all due to its strong catchment. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the underground stations Taborstraße-U2 and Nestroyplatz-U1. The tram line-2 is right in front of the door. So, you can reach all interesting sights in Vienna within 10 - 20 minutes by public transport.
To the city center "Stephansplatz" and the Viennese Prater "Big Ferris Wheel" you need only 15 minutes on foot. You will find enough shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee houses in the neighbourhood.
The Diana bath is a wonderful adventure pool and is also in close proximity to Taborstraße. The bath is about a 10-15-minute walk from the apartment.
