Motor access to 50 m from the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 8 km, café 8 km, railway station "SBB-CFF Biasca" 23.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Die Lage des Mietobjektes ist gut und schön gelegen. Toll das der ganze Aussenbereich umzäunt ist. Ideal für Vierbeiner. Im Innenbereich ist alles vorhanden was es braucht. Eine etwas bequemere Sitzgelegenheit wäre von Vorteil. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal mit Hund. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt, aber machbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch relativ kleiner Wohnraum. Wenig "bequeme" Sitzgelegenheiten :-).

Traumhaft gelegen
Wer die Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig! Das Grundstück ist für Hunde herrlich und komplett eingezäunt. Das Rustico ist mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wird. Die Straße zum Haus ist eng, aber es gibt Ausweichmöglichkeiten bei Gegenverkehr. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zum Haus ziemlich steil mit 3 sehr engen Kurven, das war selbst mit einem Offroaf-tauglichem Auto immer eine Zitterpartie. Eventuell wäre ein kleines Auto für die Zufahrt zum Haus geeigneter. Herrlicher Ausblick - sehr gutes WLAN

Tutto l'essenziale per una vacanza in montagna
Tipica casetta di montagna della Valle di Blenio, immersa nel verde e lontano dalla strada. Vi é una stupenda vista sulle montagne. Si arriva vicino alla casa con l'automobile attraverso una strada sterrata con alcune curve a gomito, ma nulla di particolarmente impervio. Raccomandiamo per una vacanza nella natura. Vista la posizione sopra il fondo valle vi é un sottofondo di rumori dal fondo, comunque tutto sommato zona silenziosa nel bosco.

Entspannung pur
Wer die Einsamkeit, Ruhe und Entspannung liebt, ist an diesem Ort richtig. Für Ausflüge ist das Bleniotal ein wunderbarer Ort für Wanderungen. Die Strasse zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und nichts für schwache Nerven. Sehr eng und kurvig. Aber es gibt genügend Ausweichstellen.

Wanderferien mit Hunden
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Organisation hat gut geklappt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gut für Hunde geeignet da es komplett umzäunt ist. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Matratze im "grossen" Bett war etwas zu hart für unseren Geschmack. Alles in Allem waren es super Ferien. Es hat zudem viele Wanderrouten in der Nähe, also für Wanderferien gut geeignet.

La casa è bella, tranquilla, vi sono diversi sentieri, dove si può camminare e ammirare la natura. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi, ma la strada per arrivare alla casa non é bellissima.

Positiv: Einfaches kontaktloses Check-in. Haus mitten im grünen mit viel Umschwung komplett eingezäunt am Hang. Sehr ruhige Lage. Schöne Pergola mit grossesm Cheminé. Innen gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man beaucht. SAT-TV, gut beleuchtet innen wie aussen. Sympathischer und zuvorkommender Eigentümer. Negativ: Steile Naturstrasse mi 3 Spitzkehren bis zum Haus (nichts für tiefergelegte PKW‘s). Morgensonne (Osthang). Wasser wird um ca. Mitternacht um ca 15min. abgestellt (Entlüftung)

Ferien im Bleniotal
Superschönes Rustico. Es sieht von aussen sehr unscheinbar und einfach aus, doch innen ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und sehr gepflegt. Eine überdachte Grillstelle und die tolle Aussicht machen Lust auf noch mehr Ferien an diesem schönen Ort. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Wanderferien
Das Rustico hat eine schöne Aussicht und ist gut eingerichtet. Die Zufahrt zum Haus selber ist schmal und nur mit kleinem Auto möglich. Sonst kann das Auto oben an der Strasse gelassen werden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und es war für uns genau die richtige Unterkunft.

Für 5 Personen zu klein. Für auf die Toilette muss man durch ein Schlafzimmer laufen. Der Umschwung ist sehr grosszügig. Leider hatten wir nur schlechtes Wetter und sind deshalb früher abgereist.

Erholung pur
Wer Erholung, Ruhe und romantische Einsamkeit sucht, findet es hier zu 100%. Wanderwege sind in wenigen Fussminuten direkt ab dem Grundstück erreichbar. Wir und unsere 2 Hunde haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und top eingerichtet. Auch die Grillstelle lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Schatten- und Sonnenplätze gibt es auf dem riesigen, perfekt eingezäunten Grundstück genügend. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen, vielen Dank.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegen
Wirklich ganz ruhig und abgelegen. Wunderbar um abzuschalten. Im Ferienhaus findet man alles was man braucht. Die sogenannte Naturstrasse bis zum Haus ist ein recht abenteuerlich. Dennoch war es mit unserem Mitsubishi Speace Star machbar. Bis ins nächst grössere Dorf muss man ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto einrechnen. Alles in Allem fanden meine Familie und ich das Häuschen super!

La Baita ideale per ogni famiglia
Tipica, accogliente, confortevole e ben equipaggiata. Lo spazio interno è adeguato alle esigenze di una famiglia e la camera in mansarda è lo spazio ideale per i bambini. L'esterno è ideale per riposare e giocare mentre la griglia invita all'utilizzo.
