This beautiful and newly renovated unique 52 m² apartment offers space for a maximum of 4 people. Apartment is cozy, modern and bright. In this way, living space is comfortable. It has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. A fully equipped modern kitchen, including towels and bed linen are also available during your stay. A washing machine is also featured in the apartment.
The bright and fully equipped kitchen with its dining area is awonderful place to meet for breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine while talking about the exciting events of a day in Vienna. Elevator is not required.

Our apartments are newly renovated, modern and lovingly furnished. The apartments are very spacious, bright and to make you feel comfortable, the apartments has equipped with all amenities.
In this place and the surrounding area there are several restaurants, coffee houses, Belvedere Palace, shopping facilities and the main train station, which are reachable within walking distance.

SMOKING POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM

Dear Guests!
Please note that all rooms in the apartment are non-smoking rooms and it is not allowed smoking in any common area (on the windows as well).
Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of EUR 150.00 for extraordinary cleaning, apart from the damage material that may occur.
Please feel free to smoke outside the building.
