Inserat vs Realität mehr Ferien auf Bauernhof als gehobenes Rittergut

Das Objekt zeigt sich in seinem Internetauftritt mit tollen Bildern, die ein gewisses Niveau übermitteln sollen. Vor Ort entsprechen die Außenbilder nicht der Realität. Viele Teile des Anwesens sind zerfallen oder deutlich runter gekommen. Fenster sind eingeschlagen und der Flur zu den Wohnung lässt eher an den Eingang in eine schäbige Altbauwohnung erinnern. Die Wohnungen selbst entsprechen meist den Bildern, leider findet man auch hier offene Leitungen, fehlende Lampenschirme/Abdeckungen und Farbkleckse. Die Sauberkeit kann man nur mit einer ausreichend bewerten, da man aus den Fenstern kaum mehr raus sah, Weberknechte in allen Ecken hingen und auf den Schränken, in der Besteckschublade, auf den Lampen, der Backofen,....usw es sich zeigte, dass hier schon länger nicht mehr geputzt wurde. Die Vermieterin war nett aber ich nehme ihr nicht ab, dass wir die ersten sind, die irritiert sind bezüglich des Internetauftrittes und der Realität. Es sind schöne Ansätze und die Gartenanlage bietet schöne Möglichkeiten. Aber dann muss man es auch so verkaufen: günstiger und unter dem Motto rustikal/Ferien auf dem Bauernhof
