Logement très conviviale

Nous avons séjourné dans ce beau logement à proximité de Cologne afin de visiter les marchés de Noël avec nos amis et leur bébé. Les échanges précédant notre arrivée avec Alex et Tom ont été fluides et toujours avec un retour rapide. Le logement était très propre avec une gentille attention pour chacun d’entre nous.le seul bémol est l’accessibilité limité à la chambre de l’étage, mais nous étions au courant par les photos mises à notre disposition. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier calme avec de nombreuses places de parking et à proximité de la gare de Pulheim ce qui nous a grandement aidé pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour votre séjour entre amis ou en famille si vous voulez visiter Cologne! Nous

träumchen

der aufenthalt bei alex und tom war perfekt! von vor der anreise bis hin zum auschecken lief alles reibungslos, die kommunikation war 1a. die lage ist auch super - supermarkt und bäcker sind in wenigen minuten zu fuß erreichbar, auch der bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. danke nochmal für alles, bis hoffentlich bald!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in empfehlenswerter Unterkunft

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren als Familie mit Freunden in der Ferienwohnung. Alex und Tom sind freundliche Gastgeber und geben sich große Mühe, dass man sich wohl fühlt. In der Küche könnte man noch eine Teekanne und Eierbecher ergänzen.

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir haben zu viert ein paar sorgenfreie und entspannte Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Tom vorab war super! Er war sehr freundlich, engagiert und entgegenkommend, als es um eine Änderung der Buchung ging und hat sich immer direkt zurückgemeldet. Die Check-in-Modalitäten sind einfach und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt als wir angekommen sind. Alles war sauber und schön hergerichtet (danke für die Schokolade 😋) und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine schöne Auszeit brauchen kann, von der Kaffeemaschine über Mikrowelle, Toaster und Weingläser. Auch ein Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter stand bereit. Die Lage ist ruhig, geschlafen haben alle sehr gut und wer Köln erkunden will, findet eine gute Bahnanbindung vor. Wir haben überhaupt nichts vermisst und kommen sehr gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank lieber Tom!

Alles war super

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu viert in der Wohnung in Pulheim. Alles war genauso wie angegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Optimal also wenn man einen Tag im trubeligen Köln vebracht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kölntrip

Die Wohnung liegt circa 2 km vom Bahnhof Pulheim entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man in circa 15 Minuten am Kölner Dom. In Pulheim selbst sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie vorhanden.

Eher enttäuschend

Die Wohnung war leider nicht so schön wie wir es anhand der Bilder und des Preises erwartet hatten. An einigen Stellen wirkte es eher notdürftig renoviert, insgesamt sehr schmucklos, kein Bild, keine Blume o.ä., nur eine Uhr an der Wand, die falsch ging. Der Treppenaufgang zum oberen Schlafbereich ist steil, schmal und etwas wackelig, nichts für kleinere Kinder oder andere nicht absolut Trittsichere. Die Einrichtung wirkte teileise schon etwas mitgenommen, die Ausstattung eher minimal - sehr wenige Tassen und Gläser, im Ofen kein Licht, der Wasserdruck relativ niedrig... Trotz des freundlichen Empfangs durch die Gastgeber kamen somit einige Kleinigkeiten zusammen, die den Wohlfühlfaktor für uns persönlich etwas geschmälert haben.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert, der Empfang herzlich und die Wohnung sauber, gepflegt und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Dazu zählen für uns u. a. der Kinderstuhl, Waschmaschine und eine als Wickeltisch nutzbare Kommode. Die Stiege hinauf ins zweite Schlafzimmer ist allerdings sehr steil - der Dreijährige in unserer Gruppe ist sie gut allein hinaufgeklettert, aber mit einem kleineren Kind kommt man da schlecht rauf. Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer hübschen Vorstadt von Köln. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es eine gute Bäckerei, über die Stadt verteilt mehrere Supermärkte mit langen Öffnungszeiten, und im Gewerbegebiet einen wirklich tollen Indoor-Spielplatz für kleine und große Kinder. Der Kölner Hauptbahnhof ist nur zwei Stationen vom Pulheimer Bahnhof entfernt, Züge fahren ungefähr halbstündlich. Unterm Strich: definitiv empfehlenswert.

Kurzaufenthalt mit Wiederholungsbedarf

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns und insbesondere den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Gemütlich, geräumig und sauber. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, kommunikativ und unkompliziert. Die vielen Spielplätze in der Umgebung runden das Ganze perfekt ab. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen :)

Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft selber ist super, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war perfekt..auch wenn es nur ein kurztrip war, werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen..können es aufjedenfall sehr empfehlen dort.. Einfach nur gemütlich

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sogar etwas mehr. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und heimelig gefühlt. Ruhige Lage außerhalb der Großstadt und doch war man schnell in Köln. Alle Geschäfte die man braucht waren schnell zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Fewo Pulheim

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles was man braucht Vorort. Die Kinder fanden die Schlafmöglichkeit im Spitzboden super, es könnte noch ein Rollladen angebracht werden. Ein Bäcker ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Thailänder in Pulheim ist zu empfehlen. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
