Beautifully furnished 14th floor vacation condo located in the Sherwin Condominium features 60' of oceanfront and riverfront balconies with 'incredible' views from every room!! This is a big, end unit with wrap around views that don't let you forget that you are right on the Atlantic ocean.

WIFI and Cable TV are included with your rental ! Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms.

The living room provides 'spectacular' views of the ocean while relaxing on a large sectional couch with chaise lounge and a comfortable leather accent chair . Nicely tiled floors extend throughout the living area.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living room in this open floor-plan. It is pleasantly furnished and seats six guests.

We remodeled the kitchen in 2017 with beautiful cherry wood cabinets, Quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, mixing bowls, containers and cooking utensils. The kitchen includes an eat-at bar with 4 stools and beautiful views of the ocean!

The large ensuite master bedroom features two balconies: a private balcony with stunning river views and access to the beachfront balcony with incredible views of the ocean! It includes a king size bed, separate make up area, an extra large walk in closet, and a private bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom features a king size bed with direct access to the guest bath, private balcony with incredible river views (beautiful sunsets!!), and a large walk in closet.

Both the master and the guest bathrooms were remodeled in 2018 using high-end finishes and fixtures. The master bathroom has an extra deep tub with shower head and separate hand wand.

In the utility room you will find a full size washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

We have excellent High-speed Wi-Fi with great internet speeds throughout the unit including the balconies.

The Sherwin is a beautiful 19-story condominium located in Daytona Beach Shores. Amenities include an incredible 19-story air conditioned atrium lobby/entry, secure underground parking garage, swimming pool overlooking ocean, workout room, hot tub, dry saunas, sun room/reading room, honor library, outdoor grill, 4 high speed elevators, secured key entrance, on site manager and security monitoring.

Guests are also permitted to use the penthouse clubroom!! Must see to believe!!

Disney and Universal is a 75 minute drive, Daytona Airport is 15 minutes, Daytona Speedway is 15 minutes and Ponce Inlet is 10 minutes.

Publix, Winn Dixie, Dollar General, Denny's, IHOP, Red Lobster, CVS, Subway, Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen are minutes away. Walk to Mike's Galley for a great breakfast or Cow Lick's for delicious ice cream treat.

April stay

This condo was as advertised. Beautiful. The owner kept in touch with us regarding the pool and we really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. We have stayed at several condos in the Daytona Beach Shores area and this one is by far the best. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Experience

This was our first time to stay 1 month in Florida. The owner, Jeff, was excellent in communicating The condo was undergoing some construction, and he was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was perfect for two couples. Each bedroom had a king size bed, and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. The balconies were spacious and the views exceptional! It was just a quick walk to the beach where we enjoyed walking and riding our bicycles. There was even a car wash downstairs so that we were able to wash off our bikes after riding on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. And, there were plenty of towels. We played golf at several courses within about 20 miles. There are also several options for good food. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Daytona Beach.

Our favorite condo

My family and I have been staying at The Sherwin for several years, and this is our favorite unit. Morning sun and afternoon shade make your stay so relaxing! The owner is so hospitable. Plenty of linens and towels make for easy packing. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, since we first began staying here, and they are very nice. The building is in a quiet area of the beach, and is just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We love to catch a baseball game at The Jack if the Tortugas are in town! Do yourself a favor and rent this unit! You’ll have a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

A Wonderful Healing Month

We had not been feeling well before we left and had cancelled the first 2 weeks of vacation. It was so great to be in the lovely and nicely appointed condo. The views are amazing and I never got tired of both water views. Everything we needed was there and Jeffrey was quick to respond when there was a problem with the ice maker. We felt like different people when we left and are looking foreward to next year.

WOW !!!

We just spent 5 weeks in this property. It was everything we’d hoped for, and more. The layout, and position of this property allow for sweeping ocean and/or river views from every room. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The unique design gives you a sliding glass door in every room (including kitchen....very nice touch !). All sliding doors lead to balconies, with private balconies in each bedroom. A second slider in the Master BR leads to the wrap-around balcony, shared by kitchen & living area. All rooms are very spacious and bright, making you forget that you’re in a condo. All kitchen and bathroom fixtures are top-notch, and very tastefully done. Stone floor shower in the guest bath, and DEEP tub/shower in the master provide the perfect combination for couples, or families (there was just 2 of us). The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.), inluding a pantry to store all of your food supplies, and cabinet & counter space galore. There is a dining table which seats 6, and stool seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, with ocean views from both. There’s also a table, with seating for 4, on the wrap-around balcony. Cable tv offers hundreds of channels. There is an iPod dock/sound system (I think that’s what it was) which I did not try. Large screen flat panel tv’s in each bedroom, as well as the living area. Both bedrooms have a LARGE walk-in closet. Each of which could handle a year-round wardrobe. There are 2 separate linen closets stocked with more bedding and towels than you will possibly need, and a laundry room (in condo) with full size (large) washer and dryer. This building is angled, meaning that it was not positioned parallel to the beach, as most of the buildings are. This unique feature, and the position of the condo, is what gives this property a direct ocean view, as well as a long view north up the beach. And it provides views up and down the intercoastal as well. You can also clearly see the Daytona Speedway, 5 miles away, and the Daytona bridges, several miles away. The pool & ocean are steps away, there’s a large hot-tub and a game-room with ping pong & pool table at the garage level. There is garage parking for one, and unlimited out-door parking. The owners also provide a few beach chairs & boogie boards, for your enjoyment. Needless to say, we loved everything about this unique property.

Wow! Spectacular condo.

This is the best condo that we have stayed in. It was very clean, well maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. The owners are wonderful to deal with and very attentive to your needs. The views from every room are amazing. The 3 balconies add to your living space. The complex is also very well maintained and met several Canadians who return every year. I highly recommend this condo and we have already booked for next year. Looking forward to returning for many years to come.

Great Condo and Excellant Owners

The Condo was spacious and well equipped .. The only things that needs improvement is the Internet which is DSL and very slow .. I would suggest 'cable internet' with a speed over 18mps .. the maintenance team (Paul and Lisa) are great ... Can't wait till the next time

Wonderful property

I'm a retired Realtor (25+ years) and a clean fanatic. This condo passed my white glove inspection. I've been renting from the old VRBO for years and without question this was the cleanest condo we've ever rented. Decorated nicely, too. First time I've ever had to complete a detailed questionnaire but after we arrived and saw how nice and how clean the condo was I totally understood. The kitchen had just been totally redone (thanks to Hurricane Matthew) and was gorgeous. Plenty of linens, too.

Truly a five star place.

Excellent Condo with beautifull Ocean veiws and Wonderful Owners

This Sherwin condo on the 14th floor was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Daytona Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent location and fantastic views of the ocean. The owners are wonderful people to deal with and provide excellent service. We love the quiet beaches in Daytona Beach Shores. This area is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, boating, fishing, skiing, etc. Orlando theme parks are just 90 minutes away!! The building is very clean and well maintained.
