The holiday house is only about 500 metres from the centre of Canet-Plage and from the beach, in a quiet location.
The terraced house of around 70m² with ground floor and first floor can accommodate four adults and one child. The ground floor has a spacious living room with an adjoining open kitchen. You can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the flatscreen TV with cable channels. The fireplace stove ensures pleasant temperatures during the colder season, and the air conditioning and a fan in summer. The dining table is positioned right in front of the beautiful big window front, which allows sunlight to flood in and looks out over the garden. The modern kitchen in pleasant white is fully-equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room provides access to the bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The big bathroom with a walk-in shower is also on the ground floor. The first floor has a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm). A cot and a supplementary bed for older children are available. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are provided. One dog is accepted, if indicated in the booking.
Outside there is an enclosed and beautifully planted green garden and there is a terrace accessed through the glass doors in the living room. It has garden furniture and deckchairs. For leisurely grill evenings you can choose between a gas grill and a charcoal grill. You can park your car on site behind the garden gate. As a little special feature you can find little tortoises roaming around the garden.
It is possible to hire bicycles for children and adults.
The house is ideal for a seaside holiday. The beach is only about 500 metres from the house and therefore within walking distance. As the holiday house is located centrally, all everyday shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. The nearest bakery is about 200 metres away. Therefore you can leave your car parked during your beach holiday.
