This beautiful 140m2 vacation villa is located in Pollensa, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa features Wi-Fi, satellite television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The villa is suitable for children and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request). Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the villa and relax outdoors in the furnished garden, sit in the open and closed terrace, or cook on the grill, all private features. The villa also has an outdoor pool with showers, also for private use. A variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes clustered mainly along the waterfront are just a 5 to 10 (3 to 5 km) drive from the villa. The villa is located close to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO world heritage site, and offers great outdoor adventures. Spectacular beaches, such as the Platja de Cala Barques, are just 11 minutes (8 km) away by car while Alcudia Beach is just 20 minutes (11 km) by car from the property. Horseback riding is available at the Hipica Formentor ranch, just a 18 minute (14 km) drive away. The area features excellent coastal and mountain hiking areas, such as the Cami Boquer, just an 16 minute (8 km) drive away while the Puig Son Villa is just a 10 minute (9 km) drive by car. The Pollensa Golf Club, a 9- (soon to be 18-) hole course, is 8 minutes (6 km) away by car. The area offers over 136 cycling routes of various degrees of difficulty that wind through the rugged, mountainous landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 44 minute (62 km) drive from the property.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time at this property, very well equipped with everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for us. Communication with the host was great which made things really easy. We would love to return!
