Haben die freundliche Vermieterin persönlich kennengelernt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das 2. Bad ist etwas klein. Das WLAN ist manchmal nur schwach zu empfangen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat Platz für insgesamt 4 Personen. Haustiere haben ebenso ausreichend Platz u.a. im Garten. Saubere Wohnung mit 2 Bädern und großer Küche. Freundliche und schnelle Kontaktaufnahme durch die Vermieter.

Geräumige gut eingerichtete Wohnung in Bochum
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es gibt viele Details wie z.B. die elektrischen Rolläden, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Zu dem gibt es wirklich viel Platz in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt ! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und sehr gut ausgestattet . Die Matratzen im Hauptschflafzimmer waren mir persölich zu durchgelegen. Das angrenzende Badezimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet ,läd zum Baden ein ! Die Küche ist super ,alles vorhanden was wir so gebraucht haben und mehr..! Der Holzofen ist toll. Wenn die Sonne da war konnten wir auch die Terasse nutzen . Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und Liegestühle wurden uns auch hingestellt. Im Schlafzimmer steht der Repeater auf dem Schrank,was mich persönlich gestört hat .. Ich kann die Wohnung aber wirklich empfehlen ,wenn man in der Gegend zu tun hat und eine schönen Platz braucht.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet und die Wohnung groß genug, sodass wir mit der gesamten Familie feiern konnten. Frau Brune hatte die Wohnung sogar weihnachtlich dekoriert.

Wie bereits in den Vorrezensionen beschrieben, ist wirklich alles da. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, im Wohn-Essbereich gibt's Spiele und Bücher für alle Altersklassen, sogar ein Bochum-Spiel - passend zur Stadt. Man ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden und im Nu auf der Autobahn. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie ein Waldstück zum Spaziergang mit dem Hund sind allesamt in kurzer Laufdistanz erreichbar. Hier kommen wir gern wieder!

So kann einem die Freizeit noch schöner gemacht werden

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komplett eingerichtet, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und durch die Lage am Stadtrand von Bochum-Gerthe gibt es auch keinen Verkehrslärm. Einzig die relative Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung (man hört jeden Schritt von oben) ist ein kleines Manko.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung.
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. 5 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Sehr ruhig. Schöne Terrasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Falls es uns nochmal in die Gegend zieht werden wir die Wohnung ganz sicher wieder buchen
