The 3 apartments are located above a shop, at the village square of Koudekerke. Atmospheric you look out over the church ring with some terraces around it. In the store, below the apartments, is a small lunchroom where you can eat a sandwich in the morning or start the day with a cup of coffee. Parking is for free at the door.

These 3 apartments have their own facilities, but are still conected. The accommodations have a shared entrance and are located on the 1st floor. From the entrance you get access to the separate accommodations (2-person, a 2 to 3-person and 4-person apartment). Each apartment has a bedroom with box spring beds, bathroom and living room with open kitchen. All facilities are provided here, such as a dishwasher and combi-microwave. There is a sofa bed in the 2-4 person apartment. The 4-person apartment has a sunny roof terrace.
 

Zeeland offers a variety of nice shopping towns where monumental buildings determine the street scene. In addition to shopping, it is wonderful to sit on a terrace with a snack and a drink.
Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere and Goes are worth seeing.

There is plenty of room to indulge: play with the children in the sand, look for shells or shark teeth, enjoy water sports, lounging and enjoy the sun, blow your head in the wind, swim in the sea or even visit a music festival ... You can also explore the Zeeland coast by kayak or further on the water with a motor or sailing boat. Or how about a boat trip with a skipper where you go fishing? The Oosterschelde National Park is a world-famous diving area full of varied animal and plant life and the Grevelingen is therefore just as popular. And how about spotting porpoises and seals? It's all possible in Zeeland!

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
