Near the eastern coast of Lanzarote, the holiday home Villa La Petit is located in the village of Guatiza and boasts a spectacular pool area. The 250 m² home consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a king size bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair.

Your spacious outdoor area has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation: a large, refreshing pool, a terrace with sun loungers, a ping pong table, a covered dining area and barbecue for delicious meals and a garden planted with some tropical vegetation.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns fast drei Wochen sehr wohl in dem Haus, das so authentisch und detailreich eingerichtet ist. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Susana klappten sehr gut. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden des Nordens, zum Wandern und Genießen abseits der Touristenströme. Leider schätzen auch die Tauben den schönen Pool. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Liebe Grüße, Kerstin

Wunderschönes Haus mit bester Lage für Ausflüge

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Perfekt für eine Familie! Der Aussenbereich mit den bequemen Liegen und Ess-Grillecke ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Sie Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Alle Ziele sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen! Die Tischtennisplatte und der Kicker im Keller waren für die Kinder noch ein zusätzliches Highlight! Cons: Leider ist die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und einen Geschirrspüler/Spülmaschine haben wir vergeblich gesucht.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer herrlichen Unterkunft.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe, eine angenehme Temperatur und vor allem ist es in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Kicker im Keller haben unseren Jungs sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Dass es einen Wintergarten gibt, ist ebenfalls super, weil man auch bei kälterem Wetter den schönen Ausblick auf die Lavaberge genießen kann. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hat.
