Appartamento Mirtillo is a lovely apartment of about 25 sqm, on the ground floor, with independent entrance, a large porch (20 sqm) for outdoor dining, barbecue, deck chairs in the garden to sunbathe or maybe sip a glass of wine watching the sea.
It is part of Villa Sterlizia, which consists of 4 apartments, all on the ground floor and with independent and separate entrances.

Tutto perfetto!

Pros: La casa è nuova, tenuta con cura ed attenzione ai particolari, accessoriata con tutto quello che può servire; buona privacy e ottimo il giardino recintato per il nostro cagnolone ♥️ I padroni di casa sono gentili, precisi e attenti. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!
