In a residential area is located this semi-detached house with independent entrance, outdoor area with deck chairs and garden tables and covered porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside there is a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a retractable walk-in closet and a kitchen with access to the outside where there is a porch (back of the house).



The outdoor area is located around the semi-underground pool, so you can sit on the edges. Thanks to the deck chairs, tables and umbrellas you can relax here wonderfully.



Marina di Ragusa is located in the context of the beaches of Iblea, characterized by fine sand and crystal clear waters. Besides good opportunities for swimming and nightlife, Marina di Ragusa is in an ideal position to visit the Ibleo Baroque, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso. The cities of Catania, Syracuse and Noto are within a radius of about 100 km.

Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
