Prima huis
Huis ligt in rustige woonwijk, Eigen P-plaats en garage. Ruime woonkamer/keuken flink terras met prachtig uitzicht over baai. 2 slaapkamers 2-pers en 2 slaapkamers 1 pers. Klein strandje vlakbij, grotere strand en winkels wat verder weg. Llanca klein rustig plaatsje. Fietsen kan, maar wel veel stijgen en dalen, bijna geen fietspaden. Beheerders vriendelijk, huis is goed schoon. Wij waren met 2 personen 50+ in deze woning.

CASA COMODA Y BIEN UBICADA
La casa es estupenda en su localización y en cuanto a limpieza, aunque las sartenes deberian cambiarse. Igualmente pensamos que conviene cambiar el colchón de la habitación doble principal, en realidad, son dos colchones unidos, duros e incomodos. Las puertas de los armarios también necesitan repararse. Por lo demás muy cómoda y estancia muy agradable, con la preciosa terraza cara al mar.

La propiedad está bien pero hay aspectos que podrían mejorar: calidad de los colchones, menaje cocina (faltan copas, p.e.), mantenimiento sistema caldera (hacia olor fuerte cuando se ponía agua caliente como si quemadores o filtros necesitasen una revisión), WiFi de SIM insuficiente, TV con problemas de señal, faltarían un par de tumbonas para la terraza, estado de los toldos (precisarían mantenimiento).

Buena ubicación pero necesidad de modernización
El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado al lado de la playa y en una zona elevada que permite estar suficientemente aislado de los otros apartamentos. La terraza es muy soleada y la barbacoa de obra es perfecta. El problema del apartamento se encuentra en el menaje de cocina y la ropa de cama. El material para cocinar es muy viejo con platos ya muy deteriorados por el uso, tostadora de hace 20 años y sartenes muy gastadas. La ropa de cama es muy vieja, con mantas que necesitan renovació
