A true home-away-from-home with room for the whole family. A townhouse style condominium with room for the whole family to enjoy.

Wailea Ekolu Village features deluxe one- and two-bedroom ocean view and garden view condos. The resort sits on 18 acres of tropical landscaping and is located adjacent to the Wailea Ol' Blue' Golf Course. Each vacation condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. The resort offers two swimming pools, barbecues and a recreation pavilion. Elua Beach, Ulua Beach and Keawakapu Beach, three of Maui's favorites, are nearby.

Wailea Ekolu is just above the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Village Center shopping and entertainment centers. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Ekolu guests. Wailea Gateway Shops, Wailea Town Center, The Shops at Wailea, and all of Wailea's famous hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance. Wailea Ekolu Village is a great location.

Perfect Property for Our Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly what we needed for our family. Super clean upon arrival with very welcoming island decor. There was also a nice welcome basket with goodies. Lots of books and TVs in each room. Great WiFi. I was able to work remotely with no issues. We stayed for a month and extended last minute and were accommodated. From the moment we arrived at the property til the very end no complaints what so ever. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Boards, coolers, snorkeling gear were also provided for beach use. If you don’t want sand on your feet there’s two pools in property with BBQ grills. The home was well stocked with towels and you could think of that you’d need in a kitchen. Ample parking. Location close to shopping center and a 10-15 drive to grocery store. Will be a repeat guest if available!

Wonderful location for our vacation!
Overall my family and I had an incredible vacation! The Wailea Vacations Rental team were very helpful and accommodating, knowledgable, and welcoming! :) The space/location was truly incredible however, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. There were layers of old dirt and dust everywhere - seeming like it hadn't been touched for a couple of years. We spent a couple of hours cleaning the entire home - cleaning the plants, pictures, walls, fans, etc. For the area of Wailea & this townhome's location, we did not expect the conditions to be like this. We recommend updating and refreshing the space via new furniture, wall paint, accessories, etc.. We also purchased some non-toxic pans to cook with during our stay (because everything was teflon coated) which we left in the home. The size of the space, it's outside amenities, and the location were amazing. We truly enjoyed our entire stay and would stay again / recommend it to others with the above conditions + updates taken into consideration. Thank you so much! :)

The condo was exactly as the advertisement, very clean and well equipped, comfortable, friendly staff and security. Beautiful grounds. Great location, quiet, and close to everything. A short drive to beaches, can walk to shopping in about 10 minutes. We will definitely be coming back to stay again, and will recommend it to others.

Nice unit in Wailea
Great property. I have stayed at Wailea beach Villas many times. Perfect location with great beach access with towel and chaise lounge service just like at a hotel. Nice adult pool and children’s pool. Very nicely appointed unit. Even had a great little office space off one of the master bedrooms for those who need to work. Plenty of furniture, plates, appliances etc and not the cheap Walmart type. One comment for owner, could use better wifi throughout the unit. Not good cell service in this unit and wifi is needed. But that is my only negative and easy to resolve. I would highly recommend this unit for a family.

Appliances are new and in good working order. The view is wonderful and so is the location. Any needs we had were quickly dealt with by Sunny, Bob and Daniel. There are a few small maintenance items in need of attention and yet they mattered little in terms of the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

Still very clean, but could use a freshen up (eg. wall washing or paint, dust ceiling fans) The furniture is showing wear and lacking good support along with the bed in master bedroom...which is understandable and absolutely comes with general wear and tear over time. Weekly cleaning service is no longer included in the price either which has risen ... but I know it has all over. It was nice to have gas bbq to use this time. Thank you!Property managers are wonderful! We love Maui !

Quiet house with plenty of room for a family.
We truly loved staying here. The house was much bigger than expected and in a lovely, quiet area. We rarely heard (or even saw) neighbors. Two of our favorite beaches were within a 5 minute drive, which was well worth the peace and quiet. The view of the ocean and sunset was unexpectedly great from the upstairs balcony. Some more things that delighted us were the HUGE gift basket upon arrival, the washer and dryer available, big beach towels for use, lots of chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use, plenty of toiletries, and fun books for us to read. When we visit Maui again, we will definitely look to stay here!

We liked that there was space for everyone - the 2 lanais, large living RM and bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths was great too. It was quiet and convenient to take daily drives around the island. We didn't walk to beaches but loved the 4 that were a 5-10 min drive. The management went out of their way to help me, when I left some clothes in a drawer, they mailed them back to me- I'm so grateful for their extra efforts.

Great location, space enough for all four of us, plenty of amenities. I especially appreciated the shelves full of books! Some minor repairs are needed (shower door fixtures, A/C in MBD has trouble cooling the room properly, washing machine made some suspect sounds). We did notify the property manager of the A/C, and they sent someone out promptly to look at it. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, a boogie board, and even a beach umbrella, and we made good use of them. We arrived to a welcome basket of goodies, which was very kind, though maybe go a little lighter on the candy? We had a good stay and would recommend.

Can’t wait to go back
The condo was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable for our family of six. We appreciated the well kept cookware and kitchen tools and we had everything needed to bbq and cook during our stay. We also loved sitting out on the lanai watching the whales. We would definitely stay here again.
