The beautiful beaches in the southwest of Majorca are located in the immediate surroundings of the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The golf courses in Poniente and Santa Ponsa can be reached within five minutes. Restaurants and bars are also nearby (200 m). Shopping possibilities for daily needs are located in 300 m away. Many tourists and active sports enthusiasts are attracted to Majorca annually - with its warm climate, including during the winter months (15°C on average), and 300 days of sunshine per year. It is also the ideal place for rest and relaxation or for those interested in culture. A traditional weekly market takes place every Monday in the town of Calvia, the oldest town in the municipality, with over 60 stalls along the main road. There are food stalls as well as stalls for clothing and crafts. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, is a vibrant mix of art, culture, history and entertainment. Here you will find cafés, museums, shopping and cultural centres, and an impressive historic quarter.
