On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property. Patio, fireplace. 2.5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.4 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station "SBB-CFF Biasca" 9 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castello di Semione, Museo Valle di Blenio, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Donetta. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Lucomagno, La Greina, Zona Nara. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request (extra). Animals in the neighbourhood. , Please note: Rustico is suitable for families and couples who like to be outdoors.

Small, open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Patio. Sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer.
