Less than a kilometre from the fine sandy beach is the detached holiday villa "Casa Vacanze Rena Majore", surrounded by a beautiful grove of Mediterranean plants. Protected from third party views and absolutely quiet, yet in the middle of it all, with short distances to all the amenities you need on holiday.

The holiday home, built and furnished in the typical local style, has a spacious living room with open fireplace and oven bench as well as a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and a fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, two doubles, one with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub, bidet and shower/WC and offers space for 6 persons. The floor with the bedrooms is accessible via an outside staircase.

The equipment also includes fans, a washing machine, a television and a high chair for children.

Outside there is a fantastic outdoor terrace, accessible from the living room, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets on Sardinia. In the garden there is a barbecue in pink granite stone with a practical outdoor sitting area enclosed by a low wall. In the garden and the surrounding grove grow wild myrtle, wild pistachio bushes and strawberry trees.

Within a radius of only 600-750 m, less than 10 minutes walk, you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. The market, bars and other services are also just a few minutes walk away.

The beautiful and spacious Rena Majore beach can be reached in a few minutes by car or by a nice walk along the pine-lined road (about 1.4 km).

The village of Rena Majore is only a few kilometres away from beautiful and renowned resorts such as Capo Testa and Santa Teresa di Gallura (10 km) with embarkation to Corsica, Palau with embarkation to the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera (21 km), Costa Paradiso (31 km). The nearest ports and airports are Olbia Costa Smeralda (60 km), Porto Cervo (50 km), Porto Rotondo (60 km), Alghero airport (129 km), Porto Torres (90 km).
