Very good

This was a great spot with perfect amenities for our time in Winter Park/Estes/Granby. While it’s a loft, there was still plenty of room for the three of us, and we would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!
This property had a urine stained comforter, very dusty and cluttered, food crumbs on floors, bad odor. Needs a deep cleaning, uncluttering, less furniture, and is kind of dark.
This studio was great for me while I worked remotely for several weeks in Granby. Staff at the Inn are very nice and helpful and owner was responsive to questions or issues.

Nice place but not very clean
The owner has clearly put some effort into this property. It has a new kitchen and bath and reasonably stocked. Mark was very responsive with good communication. The cleaning however is poor. Dishes and utensils in the drawers were dirty . Appliances had food crusted on. The kitchen needs a deep clean.
The owner was still there when we arrived. The unit was very smelly, very dirty, full of clutter and I would not recommend it be listed on VRBO at this time.

Need a better bed
Our biggest problem was how uncomfortable the bed was, it is a pullout couch but I have slept on more comfortable pull outs. The location was perfect as we could go either way towards Winter Park or Grand Lake. We did purchase a fan from City Market across the street to help move some air around in the unit, bummer one wasn’t provided.
The location is 420 friendly so just a heads up on that as we are not into that I was a bit dissatisfied.
Cleanliness could have been stepped up a bit with the main chandelier being wine glasses and covered in dust. The main building is a bit outdated and could use a deep clean and maybe a facelift,Maybe my standards are high but overall we did enjoy our stay.
The unit was very clean and nice. Had everything you'll need.
Easy check in, clean, well appointed,
And nice patio area. I would definitely stay again..

Just o.k.
The facility was adequate. The kitchen was well maintained. The sofa sleepers were horrible. You roll to the center, and you have to rearrange furniture to use both beds. Providing fans would help with air circulation during the warm afternoons of summer.
other than the entry/hallway smelling horrible, the super-uncomfortable sleeper couch, and the balcony being half covered w power tools and building materials, we had a good time. location to RMNP is good. our bad- should have spent a little more for a better place.
We loved staying at this rental! The studio was just as described and comfortable. Super-convenient location to the resort and City Market. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Only downfall is the pull-out beds are a bit less-than-supportive.

Very nice stay, great value!
Comfy bed even though it was a pull out. All the comforts of home. Attentive and responsive owner. Will stay here again on a future trip if it is Ava!

Nice unit on sprawling resort complex
Everything you need away from home. Access to the resort amenities is a plus and helps justify the price rate for this studio-sized condo (golf course access, bike trails, fishing, pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna, etc. included).
***If you like to sleep in on vacation, keep reading. This particular condo unit faces a vast parking lot (as opposed to the front range). It’s guaranteed every morning between 7-8 am you will certainly hear any or all of the following just beyond the patio door: families talking, luggage rollers, children shouting, engines starting, car doors slamming, motorcycles roaring, car alarm chirps, etc.
Beyond that inconvenience, it’s great for families or solo travelers who want to explore the surrounding towns, remote trails, and Rocky Mtn National Park (1 hr drive north). Owner was very accommodating.

Missing supplies and very disorganized
There were no sheets anywhere to be found. The pull out had hair on the mattress covering. The pots, pans, bath towels were sloppily folded and put away in various places. There weren't any hand towels for the bathroom or dish rags for the kitchen.
It did not look like it had been cleaned when we got there.
It was quaint, but not worth the price I paid nor the additional cleaning charge.

Beautifully renovated studio close to ski slopes Granby Co.
I have stayed in other units at the Inn at Silver Creek and this unit was nicer than anything that I had stayed in and apparently has just been beautifully remodeled. I’m a mom and I like to cook sometimes to because it saves some money instead of going out. This unit has a center island which is VERY, VERY useful chopping veggies, rolling pizza dough, etc. The kitchen was well appointed and I used the quesadilla maker and found some nice margarita glasses to make some fun non alcoholic drinks to make a nice Mexican dinner.
The whole unit was warm and comfy and there was ample towels and spare bedding if I needed. Sorta fleecy sheets which are nice for colder months. The tile job in the bathroom was the coolest thing ever with a solid wall of rock. Not a big deal, but the towel warmer was a nice touch.
The other unit I stayed in had a bed, which was nice, but after I got use to the idea I like the fold out coach (plenty comfy) better because it takes less space and folds in a minute. The large grocery store across the street was quick and convenient and had the red box thingy as I forgot to bring some dvd’s. Was nice to have a blue ray player and nice flat screen TV.
Great it is so close to ski slopes at Granby ranch
This a very nice studio. Not really good though for two couples even though it sleeps four.. But maybe a couple that wants a nice getaway spot or a small family.
I’ve always liked the Inn. It still needs some updating, but some of the resort functions have been updated and the wet areas are very nice. And I like to use cardio equipment and that was nice. The restaurant is adequate.
We love cross country skiing at Devils Thumb. And this is less than half and every bit as nice. In short I felt I had a luxury stay and a really good price.
