About this property

This very spacious villa for 6 people with jacuzzi in Central Limburg is located in a quiet nature park in Central Limburg near Roermond. The villa is built entirely of wood and has a beautiful terrace (no jetty) overlooking the water. On the first floor is the living room with spacious open kitchen with high ceiling and lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will also find a bedroom on the first floor and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and hand shower and a separate shower. In the hallway there is a separate toilet and a storage room. Upstairs you will find the other bedroom, a 2nd toilet and additional storage space.

The vacation park has various facilities, including a reception, playground, outdoor pool and swimming lake with sandy beach. At the reception you can get information about the vacation park and the surrounding area. Of course, you can also rent bicycles here.

The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maasseen, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can sail, windsurf, canoe and swim. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the amusement park Toverland in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round, as a large number of attractions are covered. Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.

Haus super schön!Sauberkeit leider nicht!!!

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und hat durch das Holz eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es ist auch sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Dadurch, dass das Haus direkt am See liegt und die Terrasse bis ans Wasser reicht, lässt es sich dort sehr gut erholen . Man kann dort viele Vögel und auch Wasserschildkröten im Wasser beobachten. Wir hatten das Haus unter anderem gemietet, da im Bad ein Whirlpool vorhanden ist, doch dieser war leider defekt . Der Vermieter sagte uns zwar bei der Ankunft , dass er sich drum kümmern wolle, damit wir diesen auch nutzen können. Ich hatte mich dann 2 Tage später bei ihm telefonisch gemeldet, um nachzufragen, wie es denn aussehe. Zu unserem Bedauern passierte dann bis zu unserer Abreise leider nichts mehr! Sehr ärgerlich! Zudem, waren die sanitären Anlagen sehr unansehnlich, so dass wir diese auch zuerst mal reinigen mussten. Außer dem, waren in einem Schlafzimmer rund ums Bett Flecken auf dem Boden , zu dem ich jetzt nichts näheres Schreiben möchte. Aber es war schon sehr ekelerregend ! Diesen reinigten wir dann ebenfalls. Nach dem Reinigen , hatten wir aber noch einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wenn sich mit der Sauberkeit etwas ändern würde, würde ich dieses Haus auch wieder buchen.
