Gut für ein paar Tage
Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Couch sehr unbequem und es ist nicht besonders gemütlich. Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht und mehr Zeit möchte ich dort auch nicht verbringen. Was sehr nervt, ist die Einfahrt ins Gelände und in die Tiefgarage, ständig muss man aussteigen und mit dem Schlüssel Zufahrt/Einfahrt erlangen. Ich finde den Preis von 100,-- Euro pro Nacht (und das in der Nachsaison) auch zu teuer für den gebotenen Komfort.

Das Apaartment war sehe gut, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikstion im Vorfeld war eine Katastrohe, man hatte mir die Reiseunterlagen nicht bzw. Falschvzugesendet und ich musste 3 Stunden telefonieren, um an die Unterlagen zu kommen. Das war sehr unnötiger Stress und nicht notwendig.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Bad ist modernisiert, ansonsten sind die Möbel schon etwas älter. Es ist aber ok und da wir viel unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Das Sofa ist leider etwas unbequem mit dem Kissen aus dem Schlafzimmer ist es ok. Bäcker und Strand (-Bar) sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist wesentlich schöner sowie natürlicher als in Ostende und Blankenberge. Der Pool in der Anlage hat eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Alles in allem ist es für einen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.

Angenehme Urlaubswoche
Unkomplizierte und flexible Schlüsselübergabe (trotz ca. 2 Stunden Verspätung). Die Ausstattung im Appartement ist etwas älter aber sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool ist toll und verhältnismäßig warm (im Sommer von 9-19 Uhr geöffnet). Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug ist großartig. Belegung: 1 Erwachsener, 1 Teenager Kritikpunkt: die Couch fanden wir recht unkomfortabel, das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (war für uns ok)

Senioren-Wohnanlage
Bei der Beschreibung "Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lärmempfindlich." ist keiner von uns auf die Idee gekommen, es könnte sich um eine Senioren-Wohnanlage handeln. So haben wir uns gefreut, dass es ruhig zugehen wird. Tatsächlich war es insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Anlage bis auf einigen Hundegebell und Gartenarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Das einzige Nachteilige war, dass das Gebäude keine zu öffnenden Fenster im Treppenhaus hatte und man somit beim Betreten des Gebäudes dem Gestank ausgesetzt war.

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien entretenu et bien équipé. De bonne gamme, calme et bien situé. Seul petit inconvénient, la chambre étant exiguë, l'accès au placard et lit est presque acrobatique. Un atout( Non signalé à la remise des clés) : le parking souterrain où nous gardons la voiture est directement accessible par ascenseur depuis l'étage de l'appartement : pratique pour charger et décharger.

Immer wieder.. super!
Einfach super ,hatten noch Glück der Pool war offen ,die Anlage war perfekt.Ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand und Stadt. Garage war auch direkt im Tiefkeller echt alles zusammen sehr schön ,kommen wieder!!!!
