The holiday apartment enjoys a quiet and idyllic location right by the forest, but still near the centre of Zinnowitz with various shopping facilities. It is a detached bungalow in the garden. There are two other holiday properties on site, along with a unit that is permanently rented out. It is an 8-minute walk through the natural coastal forest to the 42km-long fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

Right by the apartment there is seating with a canopy beach chair and a grill for your own exclusive use. There is a private car parking space on site, but not right in front of the bungalow. The playing area in the garden with a climbing frame and sandpit is shared by all guests.

It is a one-room bungalow with a double bed (140 x 200cm) with an adjustable head section, a little dining corner and a kitchenette. Bed linen, towels, washing up liquid, tea towels, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine with filters and coffee are provided, along with free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower and shower gel/shampoo, a WC and washbasin with soap and a hairdryer.

There is a washing machine on site for the use of all guests.
