Just redone with granite counters and wood floors. Queen size bed, Flat screen TV, WiFi, fully furnished. Just steps to the pool and spa. Walk to the golf course and mountain trails. Mission Lakes has 2 restaurants and a friendly lounge for having a drink and watching a game. The golf course has some of the lowest fees in the desert and it is a great course. The 11th hole was picked as the 8th best golf hole in the desert.

Easy living home away from home

The condo had everything we need. Comfortable bed, good supplies to begin our month long stay. Beautiful grounds.

Pretty good

Leaf blowers, two domestic disputes, kinda trashy people. Owners woke me up to let me know a potential renter was coming to look at it. If you're a single guy travelling for work and want a cheap place to stay, yes. Otherwise no.

Comfortable Condo in a quiet complex.

My husband and I spend one month in this condo and found it to be quite spacious for the two of us, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked to allow us to make some of our dinners which we appreciated. This complex also has a great pool, as well as a hot tub, which are just across the parking lot from the unit very convenient and enjoyable. This unit is located in a quiet area, which is within a 10 minute drive to restaurants, bars and shopping. The owner is very easy to talk to and very accommodating. We found that the kitchen waste disposal unit did not work. I called Rodney, the owner and informed him of the problem. He came very quickly, checked it out, called his Plummer who arrived shortly after the call. The end result was, a brand new waste disposal unit was installed the same day.Thank You Rodney, for your quick response and action! We certainly would stay in Rodney's condo again if available and would recommend it to friends.

You will love our condo. We tried to make it a fun place to live. It would be great for kicking back and enjoying the resort or a home base for enjoying Coachella Valley.
