Here you live only 200 meters walk to the Kalmar Sound. In the northern area you will find beautiful hiking trails along the water and bathing places.
The house has a large secluded porch where you can enjoy summer evenings and sunny days. You will find a grocery store 5 kilometers away and a restaurant about 10 kilometers away.
The house has 2 living rooms, one of which has a large dining area. In addition, a bedroom, a kitchen and a large bathroom.
On the property there are two other houses, one of which has two beds and the other has another living room.
You live near Kalmar, which is always worth a visit. Kalmar has a rich history, for example you will find remains from the 12th century. Also visit the well-preserved Renaissance castle and the old town. From Kalmar you have easy access to the bridge to beautiful Öland with its varied nature.
The house is located only 15 km from the beautiful golf course of More and 6 km from Kolbodabaden with outdoor pools. Other tips for day trips are for example Astrid Lindgren's World or Vimmerby Adventure Park with 1.5 km cable car.
