We invite you to rent a beautiful and tastefully furnished holiday home, which guarantees a comfortable rest for 4 persons. Beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A car is not necessary. Casa "Graciela" is located in the district of La Mata, which belongs to the famous holiday resort Torrevieja, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the wide sandy beach, which is said to be the best beach in Spain according to many people.  The completely renovated ground floor apartment has a living room with sofabed, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with: Electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vegetable mixer, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and fold-out clotheshorse. The living room has an LCD TV with access to satellite channels as well as wireless WiFi access and air conditioning with cooling and heating function. The price includes bed linen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and a sunshade. Meals can be taken at the kitchen table or on the terrace, where there is a large table with 4 chairs. At the back of the house (patio) there is a barbecue area with a bricked grill. There is also a parking place in the underground car park.

Location description : La Mata is one of the most visited places by tourists. It is a good place for children and adults. On the promenade by the sea there is an amusement park for children open in season. A few minutes from the house there is a beautiful park with pine trees and a small waterfall that makes the walks very pleasant. In the restaurant "Queen Mississippi" you can eat well and enjoy with the family.

If you decide to rent a car, you can visit many interesting places. At a distance of 50 km we have Elche, Alicante, Murcia or Cartagena. If you choose the beauty of nature and the mountains you can go to Guadalest and from there to the beautiful city of Altea and Calpe.

For nature lovers, we recommend an expedition to the Natural Park in Lo Pagán, where we can find places suitable for observing numerous families of flamingos, places to relax, numerous bicycle routes. You can take advantage of the mud baths in San Pedro del Pinatar, which have a relaxing, analgesic and calming effect on skin diseases.

Those who wish to spend their time actively should make an excursion to the Mar Menor, where there are water sports centres: jet skis, kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, surfing SUP, canoeing
