Ungereinigtes Objekt. Eierschalen und Dreck auf dem Fußboden. Schimmelgeruch im Objekt und Schimmel im Bad. Matratzen voller Blut und anderer Flecken.

Keine Wohnung, nur ein Familienzimmer

Der Zustand leidlich, die meisten Sachen offensichtlig seit Jahren nicht erneut o. repariert. Schimmel in der Douchkabine. Eine kaputte Glühbirne trotz Anmeldung nie ausgetauscht. Keine Spur von einer Küche, als Wohnung also darf nicht angeboten werden. Viel Gerede beterff Rauchverbots, trotzdem andere Gäste rauchen wie Dampschiffe (zum Glück die Gäste nicht besonders zahlreich, offensichtlich der Ruhm des Objekts dient als genug Abschreckung).

Für einen Kurzurlaub, nur zum Übernachten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung und ausreichend. Aber bei schlechtem Wetter wäre es schön einen kleinen Tisch zu haben an dem man einen Kaffee trinken könnte,…

Schönes Appartment in top Lage….

Sehr schönes 2 Zimmer Appartment im Soutterain eines Mehrparteien Hauses. Lage ist top, sehr sauber, neue Matratze. Schön kühl auch bei warmen Temperaturen. Ideal zum schlafen. Kleinere Mankos gab es jedoch. Das WLAN im Keller und damit der Empfang in dem Appartement ist nicht gut. Ein Repeater würde das sicher verbessern. Leider gibt es kein Verdunkelungsrollo. Vor dem Fenster steht genau eine Laterne die ins Zimmer scheint. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank fehlt leider. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.
