In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 50 m. Shop 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, La Délège" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 4.2 km, indoor tennis centre 4.2 km, riding stable 4.6 km, skisport facilities 3.2 km, cross country ski track 2.8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Moubra 4.2 km, Etang Long 2.7 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Montana, 5 km.
