The spacious apartment is in a very quiet location near the world-famous Lichtentaler Allee at the heart of Baden-Baden.

An underground garage parking space is available for both apartments, already included in the apartment price.

The two-room apartment provides around 65m2 of living space. The absolute highlight of the apartment are the two big balconies, accessed from the light living room and the charmingly furnished bedroom. The apartment is on the third floor. You can start each morning in the inviting bathroom, which includes a washing machine and iron. After a comfortable night in the spacious double bed, you can find your clothes in the generous wardrobe. A cot or supplementary bed can be set up in the bedroom, both of which are available and can be set up upon prior notice. Two further guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, as well as crockery for six people. You can dine in the living and dining room, which features many big and small details. It has a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed with a table, and a cupboard wall. If you don’t feel like exploring Baden-Baden for a while, you can watch TV or your favourite film on the DVD/CD player. As the apartment is newly renovated, we kindly ask that you only smoke on the balconies. The apartments do not have carpets, but pets are only allowed on request.
