In a stunning exquisite location, we have furnished this wellness apartment with attention to high-quality. Everything was selected with a lot of attention paid to detail. Furnishing and equipment set the high standard of the location and the apartment in order to be able to offer the demanding guests this true gem.
A large sunny balcony ('Kaiser-Mitte 1') or a little bit smaller ('Kaiser-Mitte 2') with comfortable garden furniture invites you to have relaxing hours after busy city tours.
'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is on the raised groundfloor, 'Kaiser-Mitte 2' on the third floor of a small multiple family dwelling.
Through a wide green area on the backside and a relaxed construction on the front side, a lot of light and sun comes into both apartments. It is located at a small and quiet street. The raised ground floor of 'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is high enough, so that passengers cannot look inside.

Smoking within the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the covered balcony.

Sehr schön mit Abstrichen

Das Objekt entspricht insgesamt den Darstellungen und ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Lage und Umgebung sind ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas nüchtern gehalten. Leider riecht sie nach kaltem Rauch, obwohl es sich laut Angaben um eine Nichtraucherwohnung handelt. Nach ein paar Tagen riecht man den Rauch nicht mehr. Zu Beginn empfanden wir ihn jedoch als sehr störend.

Wohnung im Kollwitzkiez Berlin

Eine ausgezeichneter Standort, gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Bäcker und Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ist auch nachts ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer hinterhofseitig gelegen ist. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist auf Feriengäste abgestimmt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kaiser ist vorbildlich und wird von uns ebenfalls mit 5 Sternen bewertet.

would stay here again

The apartment was great. It was clean, spacious (i was traveling solo), had plenty of natural light, and comfortable. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars, grocery stores in the neighborhood and there is a tram stop and u-bahn station within 5 minute walking distance. The street is real quiet after dark. The church bells ringing on Sunday morning was a nice touch too. Martin was accommodating on the check-in time. I would certainly stay here again.

Spätsommer im Oktober

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig mit schönem Blick in den baumbestandenen Innenhof von Schlafzimmer und Küche aus. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, immer schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Hartje centum in Berlijn

Fijn appartement in Oost. Goed gerenoveerd met alle hedendaagse comfort. Perfecte locatie ook, om de hoek bij de altijd gezellige Kastanien Allee, waar ook de tram stopt die je in een paar haltes naar Mitte brengt. Aanrader.

Great place, gorgeous neighbourhood

We had a great stay here in the third floor apartment. Everything inside was super clean, fresh and well cared for, and a good size for us (two adults and one child). It's in a brilliant neighbourhood with lots of great places to eat, shop and wander around. As a family we especially liked the big play park across the block and nearby transport links. Martin was a great host and all communication etc went really smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

very nice, super clean place (towels/sheets not included)

we had a great three-night stay at this apartment. it is very clean, quiet and in a nice, interesting part of berlin. tons of cafes, restaurants and little shops. two things to point out: some of the images shown (as of august 2018) are not from the apartment but from another one within the same building. and also, it is listed that towels and bed sheets are included but that is not correct. we paid an extra 15 euros for towels and an extra 15 for bed sheets. other than that we loved it. martin, the host, was very nice and responded to our messages super quickly and also met us at the place.

Great place to stay, very central

Thank you for letting us stay at your apartment. The location is great, with lots of restaurants close by, and a couple of grocery stores allowing us to have breakfast at home. Really enjoyed the quietness during sleeping hours. Would come back in a heartbeat. Berlin is a very cool city.

A wonderful place to stay

A lovely apartment that is bigger than the photos suggest. Bright and airy and very quiet. A quick walk to the Metro and right around the corner from Kastienallee with all its interesting restaurants and cafés. We spent many nights there! Martin was so helpful and easy to work with. We would stay here again if we come back to Berlin.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach in Allem der Ausschreibung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend sowohl bei der Vermietung, als auch bei Anfragen und Absprachen während der Mietzeit. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtungsgegenstände waren in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, alles war funktionstüchtig und die technischen Geräte hatten alle Beschreibungen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Ruhig und doch so zentral, dass viele attraktive Ziele fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist vielfältig und ideal. Viele gute Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe werten die gute Lage zudem noch auf. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht hier zu wohnen!

Klasse Wohnung - Klasse Urlaub

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern (7 und 9) eine schöne Woche in Berlin erlebt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, dennoch ruhig, mit verkehrsgünstiger Anbindung. Hackescher markt, Regierungsviertel, Friedrichstraße sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung des Vermieters. Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt zum Vermieter verliefen reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung in bester Lage

Die ruhige Wohnung "Kaiser2" hat uns gefallen, sie entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die sehr gute Ausstattung, der nette Telefonkontakt zu dem Vermieter, die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe im benachbarten Lokal und der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Straße. Für die Wohnung spricht auch die Vielzahl der tollen Restaurants/ Kneipen/ Café u.a. in der näheren Umgebung am Prenzlauer Berg (5-15 min. Kastanienallee, Coriner Str., Kollwitzstraße, Kollwitzplatz, usw). Auch die Kulturbrauerei mit Kino, Lokalen, Konzerten u.a. an der Schönhauser Allee ist nur 10 min entfernt. Praktisch ist auch die 4 min. entfernte Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Kaiser´s und die U-Bahn-Anbindung am Senefelderplatz und Rosenthaler-Platz. Letztlich kann man bequem in 30 min. zur Museumsinsel laufen. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt gerne wieder in der Fehrbelliner Straße wohnen. Viele Grüße, Katja und Dirk

Eine echte Oase mitten in Berlin

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war absolut korrekt, alles stimmte, die Erwartungen wurden keineswegs enttäuscht. Sehr gepflegte, geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung. Eine sehr zentrale Wohnlage, überraschend ruhig im Haus und in der Straße, obwohl das Wohnviertel sehr lebendig ist. Diese Wohnung werde ich gerne nochmal mieten wollen und gerne weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut organisiert und war mit seiner freundlichen Art für alles ansprechbar.

Ostern 2013

Nach großem Besichtigungsmarathon sind wir abends gerne in diese freundliche, helle und sehr gepflegte Wohnung zurückgekehrt, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Backstand in nächster Nähe und Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur drei Minuten zu Fuß um die Ecke mit super Anbindung zum Hackschen Markt und der Museumsinsel. Freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
