The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The closest sandy beach, Li Feruli, is a 12-minute drive (6 km) from the apartment, and La Marinedda, a scenic bay in Isola Rossa, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (6.7 km). A popular waterpark is an 8-minute drive (4.1 km) from the apartment complex. The beautiful city of Olbia and the nearby international airport are both located a 75-minute drive (75 km) away, on the other side of the island. Sassari can be visited after one hour by car (55 km).
