The holiday apartment "Limonka" is located in La Mata, only 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. It is about 40 minutes by car from Alicante airport. In the nearby centre of La Mata you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops, all within a short walk from the holiday home. The ground floor apartment has a living room with dining area and exit to the terrace with garden furniture, an open plan kitchen with all household appliances, i.e. dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots, etc. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price of the stay. You will find two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. In the living room there is also a fold-out sofabed that can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation for two people. The living room also has a fold-out table, TV, satellite and Wifi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. It is a well-equipped flat in a perfect location. The beautiful sandy beach of La Mata and the proximity to all amenities will let you feel the atmosphere of a Spanish village. The Laguna Salada lake with mud and brine baths is located 3 km from the flat. Another attraction are the viewpoints with views of the lakes and the many cycle routes. Torrevieja with its many bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a short drive or with the local bus. The modern Habaneras shopping centre is just under 10 minutes away and the even bigger Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is a good 15 minutes drive away.
