Residencial Begur: Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Hercaris", 2 storeys. In the resort 800 m from the centre of Begur, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: small terraced garden (fenced) trees. Outdoor shower, terrace (42 m2), garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Parking on the premises, single garage, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bar 500 m, railway station "Flaçà" 28 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 3 km, diving center 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 600 m. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
