Our brand-new holiday dwelling (completion summer 2008) is furnished modern and very comfortable, is 75 m² and suitable for 2 - 4 persons. More people possible if required. The holiday dwelling has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and WC, an extra WC and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a kitchen range, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms and the living rooms are all with balcony! Baby-equipment if required.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay! It is quiet and peaceful, close to the river trail and looks out over the hay meadows and up at the mountains. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very good 'ferienwohnung'
We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The house has enough space en is nice decorated. Ruhige lage, schoene Spielplatz fuer die Kinder. Owners are very nice and willing to help, to inform and to advice.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Diese ist absolut zweckmäßig ausgestattet und liegt in einer tollen Umgebung - gerade richtig für unsere 2 Jungs. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und beantwortete all unsere Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach wunderbar
Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Die Ferienwohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet und ganz tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und zu jeder Zeit lichtdurchflutet. Für die Kleinen gibts verschiedene Spielsachen und einen schönen Spielplatz im Garten. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist die Garage, die den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Fahrrad- und Wandertouren. Ausserdem direkt am Lech für Kneippliebhaber ideal. Sehr ruhige Lage mit dem Fahrrad schnell in guten Gaststätten wenn man keine Lust hat zum Kochen. Der Brötchenservice morgens war sehr praktisch.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für die zuvorkommende und umfangreiche Gastfreundschaft, Sie haben meiner Familie und mir ein tolles weißes Weihnachten (incl. Weihnachtsbaum) beschert. Der Service und die Betreuung waren vor und auch nach dem Aufenthalt (vergessene Kindersonnenbrille ;-)) stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Wintersportler nicht zu verachten und eine sehr positive Überraschung vor Ort war die Zurverfügungstellung des Trockenkellers. Sehr nützlich ist ebenfalls die große Garage (9-Sitzer Bus passt rein), welche einem das morgendliche Freikratzen der Scheiben erspart hat. Schön und willkommen war auch der Bäcker-Service. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Die FeWo war für uns optimal gelegen, ruhig aber doch sowohl zu Fuß als auch per Fahrrad oder Auto alles erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden, und sie ist super ausgestattet…es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auf jegliche Fragen Antworten parat. Auch reichlich Info-Material zur Region stand gleich bei Ankunft zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Familie Ulsess

Sommer 2021
Wir waren im Juli 2021 zu Gast im Lechtal in der Ferienwohnung der Fam. Ulsess. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und mit wirklich allen nötigen Haushaltsutensilien ausgestattet. Sauberkeit ist oberstes Gebot der Gastgeberfamilie, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Platzangebot ist großzügig, der Gastgeber hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen, Brötchenservice ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Rundum eine bedinglos weiter zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung für Familien. Die Wohnung ist unweit von Steeg gelegen im wunderschönen Lechtal, welches bei schönem Wetter viele und abwechlungsreiche Erholungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Hier kommt man gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns spontan für einen Kurztrip ins Lechtal entschieden und hatten mit der Ferienwohnungen von Familie Ulseß einen Glücksgriff ! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut organisiert. Als Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern konnten wir gut unterkommen . Die Gastfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schöne geräumige FeWo - die hält, was sie verspricht
Schöne und ruhig gelegene FeWo, die seitens der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter incl. Brötchenservice runden das Gesamtpakt "Wohlfühlurlaub" ab. Immer wieder gerne.
