Bodenheizung hat nicht funktioniert !

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei Außententemperaturen von selten >14 C und Nachtemperaturen von selten > 4 C eine nicht funktionierende (angebliche) Bodenheizung?! In der Wohnung waren selten mehr als 18/19C. Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Bei diesen hohen Kosten ein Unding!
