Eine schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war perfekt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Toller Urlaub mit meinen Kindern

Schöne neuwertige Wohnung mit Terrasse. Das Unkraut an der Terrasse müsste einmal gejätet werden, aber wenn das alles ist... Tolle Lage und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Komme gerne wieder.

Abschaltung der Lüftung

Die Lüftung konnte nicht runterreguliert und nicht ausge-schaltet werden. Sie lief 24 Stunden und war zudem sehr laut und ließ einen nicht schlafen. Beim Telefonat mit der Agentur bestägtigte man mir auch Beschwerden vorheriger Mieter. Andere Mieter bestätigten diese Probleme nicht.

Neue Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Gute Küchenausstattung und bequeme Betten. Gleich beim Bezug der Ferienwohnung wurden kleine Mängel festgestellt, welche noch am gleichen Tag der Agentur gemeldet wurden. Leider war es während unserem Aufenthalt nicht machbar, diese Mängel zu beseitigen. Schade bei einer so neuen Wohnung. Der Fahrradschuppen ist auch etwas zu klein geraten. Wir hatten während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen Platz für unsere Räder. Ansonsten kann diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfohlen werden.
