Elevator Problems
Only one elevator was working and it was very difficult and slow to get an elevator. The stairs were very inconveniently located.

Excellent unit, facility and location.
My wife, 2 children (11 and 9 yrs old) and I usually take our ski vacations at Beaver Creek since it is "Not Exactly Roughing It". This year did NOT disappoint. We had a great vacation staying here. This unit is very nicely decorated with updated amenities and all the comforts of “home.” The sitting area with the fireplace was very relaxing after a full day of skiing. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The unit is convenient to the elevator but we found that if we took the stairs we could be in the village within a minute. Since it was so close to the slopes, we came home every day for lunch and a brief "relaxing" before we went back out for the day. The pool/hot tub area was very open and had a sitting and table area for relaxing. We spent several afternoons/evening playing cards/games with friends while the kids played in the pool. My wife & I were able to enjoy the hot tubs (inside & outside) while still being able to watch our kids playing in the pool. The front desk/concierge was very professional and friendly. We shipped our skis out ahead of time and they were very helpful with the logistics. We have stayed numerous places in Beaver creek but for the location, quality and pricing, you can't beat this unit. Furthermore, the owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We plan to stay in this specific unit next year!

Highly reccomend
We rented over New Years in the two bedroom configuration with pull out. For a grown family of five it worked out great . Access to rentals, lifts and restaurants could not be easier and the ski lockers made storage a breeze. The staff at St James were friendly and helpful. The daily dose of hot tub and hot chocolate was icing on the cake. Would rent this unit again for sure!!

The theme for Beaver Creek 'Not exactly roughing it' says it all. Luxury abounds. The ski slopes and grounds are well maintained. Terrific food from award winning chefs. You can't ask for more! Anything you need is readily available. Shopping at your doorstep.

What makes this property unique

Well maintained unit and common areas enhance the beauty of our building. Unit is part of the fractional ownership in St James and is regularly refurnished and renovated like all other fractional units and managed by East West Hospitality. Photos of furnishings are representative of our unit. Concierge available to assist in scheduling your activities.
