2-family house "Angela". 500 m from the centre of Caldè, 600 m from the lake. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop "Laveno - Luino" 100 m, railway station "Caldè" 600 m, shingle beach 700 m (small). Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 3 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Railway line 150 m from the property. Dogs can stay in the small fenced area in front of the apartment but not in the shared garden.

Notre location était très propre, on avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un agréable séjour ! Le hic, énormément de moustiques, nous nous sommes fait dévorer !! Il manquait aussi 1 ou 2 torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle à part cela ce fut très bien

Die Wohnung ist super. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden. Der riesige Garten konnte von uns mitbenutzt werden. Hat natürlich unseren Beiden super gefallen. Freisitz für uns alleine mit toller Morgensonne. Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühle, Grill - alles da und alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Der Ort selbst ist klein und überschaubar. Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr kleiner Badestrand am Ort. Leider nicht für Hunde erlaubt.

Grote woning, lastig bereikbaar
De woning viel op door de grote oppervlakte, echter is gesitueerd in kelder die via kleine trapjes wordt bereikt. De inrichting was erg basic en bijna ongezellig. Het ontbreken van stofzuiger als je met honden reist is lastig. De wifi is fantastisch, echter er zit geen internet achter. Geen douche maar een bad, zonder handgrepen of antislip mat.

Fijne vakantieplek
Ons verblijf was aangenaam en rustgevend. Ik heb wel een paar kleine kanttekeningen: 1) Communicatie met agent voor sleuteloverdracht was warrig, de informatie over afhandelen van vuilnis onduidelijk (eigenaar zou zelf de zakken voor afvalscheiding kunnen verstrekken); 2) Op de foto zie je een woonhuis, het appartement bevondt zich onder het huis, foto is dus een beetje misleidend; 3) Verlichting in de vertrekken te scherp, dimmer of schemerlamp ontbreekt. Verder fijne vakantie gehad ;-)
