Prime location 'C' building, few minutes walk to base of Tamarack lift, great for easy beginner slopes. Walk to village restaurants and shops. Stratton sports center available with guest fee. One bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with bunk-bed and trundle (3 twins total), one bath. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, new carpeting and sofa, fireplace, washer and dryer, mudroom, ski racks. Beautiful year round resort with golf and tennis schools, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, fall foliage, close to Manchester with great outlet shopping and many fine restaurants.

Great place for ski on / off
Perfect for what my family of 4, kids 6 & 9, needed. 4 night stay and we had a wonderful long weekend. Clean, well maintained, just the right amount of space for us and the kids, and you can't beat the proximity to the mountain. The only thing I would want is access to a hot tub to sooth my old bones after a full day of skiing.

Great option for Stratton
Great ski-in/ski-out option. It was as advertised and didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to the village and more importantly very close to a lift to get started in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Third year staying in this unit. The unit is just like advertised. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Bathroom was also nicely renovated and new. Location is great! Owner is very responsive.

Great Stay
Ober Tal is such a great place to stay at Stratton and this unit was great for us. Great kitchen for cooking and a cozy living space to hang out in apres ski! Short walk into the Stratton village.

We had a great stay- easy access to the mountain and beautiful views from the back porch. The condo was clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed for meals, and fun- snow shoes, sleds and board games. We would definitely stay again!

Always a wonderful stay
This is the 2nd season we have rented this condo and it continues to be a perfect place to stay! It’s the best location… ski in/out and walk to the village, the property is impeccably maintained and is pristine. Best of all the owners are very communicative and kind, they left us a bottle of wine and have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect!
