The house has a covered terrace with stunning views as far as the Alps, Leitheim Castle and the Danube wetlands right on the doorstep, Donauwörth, Romantic Road: via Harburg and Nördlingen to Dinkelsbühl,
30 min. to Augsburg, ideal for hiking, cycling tours, cultural and pleasure holidays, newly renovated house
Unfortunately we have to charge € 10,- per day if you use the heating / air conditioning due to the increased energy costs. There is a flat rate for the hot tub.

Very good holiday stay.
Good normal house with modern facilities. Clean and well maintained. Including use of bed linen and towels. Large terrace with beautiful view. Friendly personal check-in/out. Sufficient opportunities for nice interesting trips, but often at some distance 60km-100km.

Prachtige locatie.
Aankomst zeer goed geregeld. Host snel ter plaatse bij vragen. Huis groot genoeg voor 6 personen indien bedden worden aangepast. Uitzicht vanuit groot balkon naar Donau en weide omgeving.

Super beeindruckendes Haus
Der Urlaub hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Wir haben uns prima erholt. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer super! Das Badefass ist im Sommer allerdings nicht so gut zu nutzen, denn das Wasser kippt schnell um. Und auf der Terasse würde ein Sonnenschirm oder Sonnensegel helfen.

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Haus von Frau Lux. Bereits die Kommunikation vor dem Ferienstart war toll. Vor Ort wurden wir von Peter in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Anschliessend haben wir für 6 Tage das Haus und die Umgebung genossen. Terrasse ist einfach genial. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer usw., waren ebenfalls top. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerene wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Das Haus ist ein Traum, es hat an rein gar nichts gefehlt. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber das kümmern von Frau Lux war wirklich einmalig. Vielen, lieben Dank dafür, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Großartiges Ferienhaus
Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Großes, geräumiges Haus mit großer, überdachten Terrasse und schönem Fernblick. Wirklich exzellente Ausstattung. Alles was man brauchen könnte, und noch mehr, ist vor Ort. Unkomplizierter Check-In und sehr freundliche Betreuung. Badefass, Grill und Garage kosten extra - das könnte man vielleicht auch im Inserat noch erwähnen. Wir fanden das aber nicht schlimm, denn alles zusammen sind die Preise mehr als fair und der Leistung absolut angemessen. Wir empfehlen es bedenkenlos weiter!

Schönes Haus, teure Extras
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Haus tatsächlich sehr schön. Alles ist großzügig gestaltet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Abzüge gibt es für die vielen Extragebühren (Grillnutzung, Badefass und Garage schlagen mit 120€ extra zu Buche) dazu eine Energiepauschale. Im Nachgang gab es dann noch Regressforderungen und unsere Haftpflicht musste bemüht werden. Das trübt den ansonsten schönen Urlaub. Insgesamt ganz nett aber für uns aus der Kategorie einmal und nie wieder.

Super freundlich und Zuverlässig!
Der Aufenthalt unserer Mitarbeiter würde mit "Absolut TOP" bewertet. Sie wären am liebsten gleich noch länger vor Ort geblieben. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie fühlten sich sehr wohl, sicher und sehr gut aufgebhoben. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch Private Erholungsreisen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen in dir Region.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einem tollen Haus, sehr großzügig, suoer Blick von dwr Terrasse. Die Treppe war für unsere Kinder, 3 und 6 Jahre kein Problem. Die 1jährige Tochter hat mehr die unterste Stufe als Sitzmöglichkeit genutzt. Vielen Dank

Alles bestens, sogar das Wetter passte.
Passend eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sehr schöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick. Seh großzügig. Eine Fliegengaze am Fenster des Schlafzimmers wäre gut, das Knarren der Dielen über dem WZ, war zeitweise unschön. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Ruim huis met weids uitzicht
Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en ruime vakantiehuis met weids uitzicht over Beiers landschap en de Donau. Een balkon of zeg maar overdekt terras biedt vanaf de helling schitterend perspectief. Rust en ruimte! Letterlijk en figuurlijk een topper. We werden hartelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Els en René

ruhig und erholsam!
Bei unserer Ankuft fanden wir ein sehr sauberes, großzügiges Haus vor, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir erhielten Infos zur Gastronomie in der Umgebung und haben dort während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut gegessen. Die Küche sowie alle anderen Räume sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine atemberaubende Aussicht lud ein, den Blick in die Ferne schweifen zu lassen. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Augsburg und Ingoldstadt unternommen und ansonsten unsere Seele baumeln lassen. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus. (bietet, gerade mit schon etwas größeren "Kindern" für jeden Rückzugsmöglichkeiten)
