This house on approx. 100m² grounds has plenty of space for 4-6 persons. Central heating and air conditioning create all-year warmth. The cosy tower room contains fireplace, satellite TV and CD/MP3 stereo radio. The cosy, fully equipped large kitchen has everything you need plus dishwasher and espresso machine. Two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms, spacious for all. On the lower terrace there’s a pool with separate outdoor shower to relax in. The Mediterranean grounds with palms are great for whiling away your holiday.

Enclave maravioloso, vistas preciosas, todo como se anuncia

Una estancia agradable y tranquila.

Quedamos a la hora acordada, pero nos hicieron el chek-in muy rapido casi sin explicaciones porque tenian un problema en otra casa. En la cocina habia un fuerte olor a tomate, seguramente de los antiguos inquilinos que consguimos quitar con los dias. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el uso del A.A y el pago extra de consumo de electricidad pero conseguimos solucionarlo gracias a Antje. Natalia, la propietaria, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. La casa es grande, comoda y muy luminosa, tiene de todo. La piscina privada, muy privada ;-) y las vistas espectaculares, nada de ruido y mucha paz.

Haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort erleben dürfen.Wer Ruhe und Entspannung liebt ist hier genau richtig.Der Empfang von der Hausverwaltung war sehr freundliich,wenn man Hilfe brauchte stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Im Haus ist alles was man an Geschirr usw.braucht reilich vorhanden Die traumhafte Lage,der Pool,es war einfach perfekt.Wünsche wurden von der Eigentümerin Frau Rygiert erfüllt.Wir waren wohl nicht das letzte mal dort

Rustige villa

Leuke villa die men volop aan het opfrissen/renoveren is. Mooi uitzicht over de vallei; het zeezicht is maar een streep in de verte (20 min rijden). Ligt bijna helemaal boven op een bergflank dus toch regelmatig een verkoelende bries. Het terras aan de living is 's morgens zonnig (leuk voor het ontbijt) en vanaf de middag in de schaduw (dus wat frisser). Grotere supermarkten en winkels op 10 min rijden - Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour, shopping center, Mooi zwembad dat 2 x week onderhouden wordt.

Mooi zicht

Aangename rustige omgeving. Materiaal in de keuken (potten, pannen, bestek) is aan vernieuwing toe. Dagelijks meedere en soms lange tijden geen leidingwater. Misschien toeval door werken in de urbanisatie? Veel trappen, en je hebt zeker een auto nodig. Mooie omgeving om te verkennen. Contact met de eigenaar en persoon te plaatse perfect verlopen.

Vacances plus que parfaites

Si vous cherchez une maison tout confort avec de la tranquilité alors n'hésitez pas. La villa est juste parfaite. Il ne manque rien tout est là. La piscine est superbe et la vue magnifique. Nos hôtes ont été toujours disponibles et très réactifs. Nous n'hésiterons absolument pas à revenir. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer de magnifiques moments en famille

Buena ubicación, pero mala experiencia

La vivienda está ubicada en un sitio muy bonito, el exterior y la piscina muy bien. El problema es la limpieza, a pesar de pagar por la limpieza nos encontramos utensilios y pequeños electrodomésticos con restos de comida y moho. Pero el mayor problema fue que la habitación principal en la que dormiamos con el bebe estaba llena (paredes y techo) de humedades y moho y era imposible estar allí, ni respirar tal humedad. Ir de vacaciones a un sitio en el que no puedes estar, ni dormir y mas yendo con un bebe resultó horrible. Nos propusieron pintar el piso o estar dos dias mas allí, pero estando nosotros allí. Algo que nos pareció ilógico al estar conviviendo 4 personas y un bebé en un comedor, porque la habitación seguía sin poderse usar por las humedades y el olor.

Wunderschöne Villa

Unser Urlaub in dieser Villa war Erholung pur. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und wunderschönen Landschaft. Die Villa ansich, verfügt über alles was man zum erholen braucht. Der Poolbereich lädt zum nackt baden und sonnen ein. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatte jeder von uns sein eigenes Bad. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das heißt, sehr bequeme Betten (wobei wir nur ein Bett brauchten). Eine Terrasse, auf der wir viele Stunden verbracht haben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Gusto-Kapselmaschine...... Abstellraum mit allerlei Utensilien. Im Wohn/Esszimmer haben wir jeden Abend gemütlich gesessen. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen die Hausverwalter. Super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Urlaub traumhaft schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir haben der Villa 5 Sterne gegeben (weil man nicht mehr vergeben konnte). Heißt, alle Sterne die es zu vergeben gab. In diesem Sinne, schönen Urlaub.

Uitzicht, natuur en snel internet

Wij hebben 9 weken een geweldige workcation gehad op Montesana. Genoten van het uitgebreide hike natuurgebied naast het huis. Incl het gastenhuisje kan je hier geweldig met 6 personen verblijven. Geschikt om te werken maar ook zeker om te relaxen.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons pu apprécier la tranquillité des lieux , elle se trouve également à proximité de beaucoup d'activités touristiques. En ce qui concerne l'équipement de la maison, tout est au top.. Mais pour ces quelques jours de ressourcement.

INOUBLIABLE

Très belle villa avec piscine très bien équipée pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Rien ne manque. Environnement très calme avec une vue exceptionnelle. La propriétaire est charmante et son souhait le plus cher est que ces hôtes soient satisfaits de leurs vacances. Belles promenades à faire proche de la location (mer et montagne à proximité). Aucun soucis à signaler. ALLEZ Y LES YEUX FERMES AUCUNE DECEPTION A AVOIR.

Gran villa para relajarse

Se trata de una villa muy espaciosa, tranquila, alejada del ruido, de acceso dificil sin coche pero a 10 minutos en coche de un centro comercial completisimo. Dispone de dos aparcamientos dentro de la finca, incluso 3 aprovechando la entrada y varios sitios en la entrada principal, una gran piscina y hamacas para tumbarse al sol, mucha zona verde, barbacoa, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, cafetera… todas las comodidades para el dia a dia. El trato con el propietario ha sido fácil y agradable, muy atentos a nuestras necesidades y se encargan tanto del mantenimiento de la piscina como de la limpieza antes y despues de entrar, y están a disposición si hay algún imprevisto o avería. Tambien admiten mascotas pequeñas que siempre es un punto a tener en cuenta. En nuestro caso será un alojamiento a tener en cuenta en el futuro y si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos en otra ocasión.

Villa Palmera todo un encanto

Nos a gustado mucho Villa Palmera hemos desconectado mucho ,no se escuchaba nada solo a nuestros hijos una maravilla para nosotros Villa relax☺️lo mejor de todo la piscina y sus espectaculares vistas,volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Superbes vacances

Super séjour dans cette agréable maison, la vue est exceptionnel. Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté et de la maison.Beaucoup de sortie à effectuer dans les alentours agréablement surpris.Le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe de la réception sont très gentils je recommande fortement.

Todo perfecto

Casa muy tranquila como queríamos. No faltaba de nada, la casa igual o mejor que en las fotos. La piscina estupenda. Solo hubo un pequeño problema con el alumbrado exterior y la dueña intentó solucionarlo lo antes posible. Otro año intentaremos volver.

Geweldig uitzicht. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Fijn huis.

Leuk huis op een prachtige lokatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Ontbijt op het terras met de opkomende zon is fantastisch. Ondanks wat kleinere tekortkomingen aan de woning, hebben wij enorm genoten. De eigenaar doet haar best zaken op orde te brengen en is betrokken bij een prettig verblijf in haar huis. Huis en omgeving niet voor kleine kinderen of ouderen slecht ter been. Wij komen nog wel weer eens terug.

Calme, belles vues et prestations !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, pendant 4 semaines durant l’été dernier. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, et de la maison spacieuse et bien équipée. La vue est magnifique : sur mer et sur la vallée d’orangers et citronniers. Le propriétaire était réactif et attentif à nos questions durant notre séjour.

Tranquilidad

Alojamiento estupendo, tranquilidad, y al lado de una zona natural maravillosa, Sierra Segaria, para hacer senderismo, visitar cuevas... Corría aire fresco todo el día. 2 viviendas separadas, para dar más intimidad a 2 familias o amigos.
