Comfortable apartment for peaceful holiday

new building with elevator and door opener. It comfortably accommodates 6 people. Excellent location, right next to the street and main square but away from the noise with the possibility of leaving the car in the garage and make all walks of the city on foot. airy apartment in a quiet building with small playground, favorable for family with children. You can take small animals. Close to two good supermarkets and a fountain.

pleasant climate of the city with good tourist activities as sources of therapeutic properties, square with scheduling events on holidays and vacations. Great for shopping, and the Colonel Pedro Penteado Street is considered an open-air mall with over 350 shops open every day of the week. Good development in Rural Tourism with the famous tourist train set. Christ the Redeemer with access by cable car or by car. For fun has good restaurants, bowling and choolateria saw (very good).

Imóvel muito bem localizado de fácil acesso para o centro da cidade, descrição do imóvel correto no site, dona do imóvel bem atenciosa e o mais importante é que aceita seu bichinho de estimação (cachorrinho). Somente indico ampliar a cozinha com um aparelho de microondas, pois o mesmo faz muita falta. Alem disso não tenho o que reclamar recomendo e também vou retornar outras vezes.

Super indico!!! Imóvel bem cuidado, limpo, com tudo o que precisei. Perto de tudo, bem equipado, até ferro encontrei lá. Seguro, tranquilo, indico sem medo!! Localização Privilegiada

Apartamento confortável com localização privilegiada no Centro de Serra Negra, muito perto da Fonte Brunhara, perto da rua de compras de Serra Negra, enfim perto de tudo sem necessidade de utilizar o carro. O prédio é seguro, com garagem e um zelador bastante prestativo. A Cristina (proprietária) está sempre pronta para responder as dúvidas, e o apartamento é exatamente o que diz o anúncio. Recomendo a todos os viajantes que queiram um lugar para passar férias de forma agradável com toda a sua família inclusive com o seu animalzinho de pequeno porte. Enfim, toda a minha família ficou grata com esta locação. Abraços para a Cristina.
