Location, location, location! Some of the most beautiful coastal and holiday home areas are located in the southern part of Odsherred, where the beaches are sandy and the bathing water the best. This cottage is located right next to the water with 180 degree views of Nekseløbugten both at sunrise and sunset.
Lovely large living room in open connection with the well-appointed kitchen, which of course has a dishwasher. There is a counter with bar stools where one can sit and enjoy the sight of the chef working or where the children can sit and draw. There are two sofas in front of the large windows facing the water.
There is also a cozy little workplace in front of a window if there is work that is pressing on. There is a Chromecast TV so you can stream your favorite channels via your iPad or computer.
In addition to the beautiful wood burning stove, which can be enjoyed from two sides, the house also has an environmentally friendly heat pump.
The house has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms with double beds and one with two twin beds.
