Holiday Home at Lake Traunsee

The holiday home is located in the hiking area of Gmunden on the east bank of the Traunsee with direct access to the private bathing area at the foot of the Traunstein. It is 5km from the center of Gmunden and is the excellent starting point for numerous hiking, mountaineering and climbing opportunities.
The house is newly renovated and furnished and has 2 double and 1 single rooms, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with toilet and fully equipped kitchen.

Enttäuschte Erwartungen
Wir sind mit großer Vorfreude losgefahren. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in toller Landschaft direkt am See ließ einen super Urlaub erwarten. Beim Eintreffen und Begutachten des Hauses folgte Ernüchterung. Die heute üblichen Standards einer hochwertigen Ferienwohnung bilden sich bei dieser Unterkunft nicht ab. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keinesfalls ! Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt, vieles passt nicht zusammen und stammt vermutlich aus den 1960-iger Jahren. Positiv zu nennen ist die Terrasse neben dem Haus und der Badeplatz am See.

Wunderbare Lage
Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin waren sehr gut. Trotzdem die Inneneinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist,ist alles sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Der Blick von Terrasse und Wohnzimmer auf See und Berge ist herrlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und dies war im komplett eingezäunten Grundstück unproblematisch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.Gerne wieder!

Urlaub von Anfang an!
Wir waren zwischen den Jahren Gäste in dem wunderschönen Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Wir (5-köpfige Familie mit Hund) wurden von den Vermietern sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise gemütlich mit Christbaum und brennenden Kerzen vorbereitet. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl in dieser Umgebung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Betten waren sehr bequem. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch der überdachte Balkon, von dem aus man, selbst im Winter, die Sonne und den herrlichen Blick auf den See sowie die Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Mit einem Urlaub in diesem Haus, kann man nichts falsch machen!

Lovely Cottage
Comfortable, clean with everything our family of five needed for a very enjoyable four day stay. The views of Lake Traunsee and the mountains were absolutely stunning. Easy walk to hiking trails and Gmunden a short drive away. Host was very responsive. Hope to stay here again.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wundervoller Lage am See. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Hunde waren komplett entspannt. Die Gastgeber bereiten den Aufenthalt liebevoll vor. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Holpriger Start mit Happy End
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussichtslage. Die Hunde waren willkommen und fühlten sich ebenfalls sehr wohl. Da wir unangekündigt mit 2 Autos anreisten und auch das Navi uns in die Irre führte kam dann ein Missverständis zum anderen. Aber durch die gute Kommunikation konnte alles zur Zufriedenheit aller geregelt werden. Als Ausgangspunkt vieler Aktivitäten zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Herausragende Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieterin
Die Abstimmung erfolgte alles in allem via EMail - am Anreisetag wurden wir von einer Hausdame erwartet welche uns in das Haus einwies und auch den einen oder anderen Tip parat hatte. Das Haus selber ist zwar älteren Baujahres, aber soweit gut in Schuss. Aber die einmalige Lage des Objektes am See mit unglaublichem Blick über denselbigen, im Rücken den Traunstein und die Ruhe am Morgen & am Abend sind unbeschreiblich. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man für 1-2 Wochen so braucht und wenn man Glück hat (wie wir), dann macht sogar die Vermieterin mit Familie im Haus nebenan Urlaub und hat Zeit für einen Plausch. Von daher - wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder. VG, Familie Marc & Alexandra Putsch

Toller Ausblick
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, ganz unkomplizierte Übergabe und im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Das Grundstück, der Platz am See und der Ausblick sind fantastisch und das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem. Wir kommen mit unseren zwei Hunden gerne wieder!
