Very Nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were skeptical after reading one or two reviews but pleasantly surprised. The pool heater worked well and was worth the additional small fee. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was as advertised in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing and serving meals and plenty of beach towels for the pool, and even extra blankets, were on hand. Our children enjoyed the play room and pool between visits to Disney and Busch Gardens. The house was within 15 minutes of Disney Magic Kingdom. Walmart was conveniently located around the corner for supplies. We appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood. The ac system worked well even when it was 90 degrees this week. Management was extremely responsive about a leaky hose bib outside and super friendly. We will be booking another stay.

Perfect Disney rental

The house was exactly as pictured. The location was very convenient to get to and from Disney. The game room was fun and the pool was nice. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was extremely noisy every time you moved even an inch, and the mattress wasn’t great, but for two nights it was just fine. Over all I wound recommend this rental.

Great Florida Trip - Disney/Universal/Beach Trip

We had a lovely stay at The Hollywood Villa rental house! We had 4 adults - parents & grandparents- kids 8,9,14,16 - they all loved the pool and game room. The TV was huge but we didn’t spend much time watching it as we were on the go a lot. Lots of towels 8 beach & doubles of everything else I think were available but they do ask you to keep up on washing them so I brought laundry pods with me and was glad I did. Washer & Dryer were so helpful with bathing suits and towels from the beach. We had a down day when we arrived and went to Showcase of Citrus - got the orange slushie twist in a cup.They had a safari which we didn’t do but would be fun.Went to Cocoa Beach the next day 1 1/2hrs. drive and found a family beach free parking - pavillion - took our lunch there and bathrooms. Small boardwalk out. Spent a few hrs. there - needed to apply sunscreen better so be careful.Did 2 parks the next day Animal Kingdom/Disney Hollywood Studios followed by….Universal - 2 parks w/Express Passes opened and closed this park was great.St. Pete Beach the following day - the GPS said 1 3/4 hrs. but with construction it took us 3 hrs. We had a lovely meal at the hurricane and several hours on the beach and watched the sunset and drove home in 1 3/4 hrs.Magic Kingdom - all day - don’t miss the fireworks show by the castle! Our last day we decided to stay put after our traffic issues and just stayed, enjoyed the pool and caught up on washing towels & dinner out!

Nice place in good location

This place was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the parks. The pool was clean and well cared for. The extra paid heating of the pool in December made it much more enjoyable. The hosts were very quick to respond via email to any and all communication. We look forward to our next visit here

Disappointed

This rental was a complete disappointment. It was nothing like it looked online and the only good thing I can honestly say about it was how close it was to the parks, other than that I would advise anyone who is looking at this to look else where. After spending the days outside at Disney in 90 degree weather we went home to this house to be equally uncomfortable here as the house can only be cooled to 73 degrees. We were all sweating every single night sleeping on the very uncomfortable cheap beds that every room had wile not being able to cool off as you can't control the air conditioning. I don't even think the air hits the bedrooms. My kids were miserable as were we. The rule books was insane, and to also ask guests to do all their laundry before they leave is insane. The inside of the house was very run down and and the appliances were awful. The stove is pretty much useless. We opted to rent the grill for an additional crazy fee (thinking we would get a decent grill) and like everything else in the house it was cheap and tiny and not worth the money. The pool was really run down and and the pool furniture was awful and damaged. The game was was a selling point on renting this house and when we got there it was so hot in there that you couldn't even go in there with the kids to play- with that being said all the game room pieces are broken, damaged and run down. I wish I rented elsewhere. Plenty of other updated nice places that are better suited for renters.

Great stay

Excellent! Everything was perfect, especially the master 2 seater bath and separate toilet. Game room was a nice, added bonus. Love the flooring. It felt like a real home. But all of the beds were too creaky.

Summer vacation

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The check in/check out process was easy. They left very clear instructions on everything with the property which took out a lot of the hassle so we were able to concentrate on our vacation. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt safe.

Business/family vacation

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband and daughter. The first week was for a business convention and the second week was for pleasure. We will stay here again for sure! The kitchen was stocked would have loved an air fryer and some smaller mixing bowls. Some of the dishes that were in the drawers and cabinets were dirty, mainly the utensils and pans. There were a few unwelcomed bugs in the house but it was handled. The shower heads should be replaced they are damaged from what looks like hard water corrosion. The game room was nice but it was extremely hot to enjoy. I recommend installing a mini split air conditioner in the garage also covering the air vent to prevent the bugs and heat to enter the garage. The cue sticks for the pool table need replacing. The pool was great I would however recommend replacing the pool net to remove the debris and bugs that end up in the pool. The one that was there was broken and torn. We did not see a grill on the property which was disappointing for my husband for he loves to grill. Again besides the above mentioned I would definitely stay here again hands down! Carmen R.

Great House

The house was great! It is very well kept and is only about 15 minutes from Disney. The pool is very nice and completely private. Will definitely book again for a Disney Trip.

Great Stay

House is very contemporary, very clean and comfortable. Location is great. We loved the house. Bed mattress’s could be updated but they are clean. Atmosphere was cool, game room was fun and house is well supplied to stay in for a week. Pool was clean and nice. Would book again 🙂

Perfect Location

We loved our stay, most certainly will book again. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for sure. The only recommendation I can think of is, there is no railing around the pool or hot tub. My partner is disabled and had to be extra careful getting in and out. The water temperature IS extremely hot, but I wouldn’t want you to fix it and then it not be hot enough. Just someone could potentially hurt themselves if not paying attention. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic villa, best location, amazing pool

The villa became our little sanctuary after busy park days. Lovely layout and modern decor. We spent the majority of villa time outside in the covered dining area or in the pool which is lovely and private, and south facing. Location is beyond perfect. This was our fifth time in Orlando and our closest to the parks. So many great restaurants 6 min drive away and we also loved the outdoor live music and drinks at Sunset Walk in an evening. The only reason I’ve given the overall rating as a 4 star are the beds. They are way too soft and the mattresses need changed out. Plus the bed frames are so noisy. But other than that, 100% would recommend.

Great Home!!

just a couple very minor issues with the home, nothing worthy of reporting real time but a couple of things you may need to look at. front right burner on stove seems to be all or nothing (nearly burned dinner one night) and hot water tank is set EXTREMELY high and if not paying attention could potentially burn someone. Floors could be mopped a little better. But otherwise was an AMAZING house to stay in, Smart TVs were great to have (I did have to log out of previous Guest's accounts though, might add that to your checkout checklist) close to WalMart, close to ESPN and DISNEY, very quiet neighborhood....WILL consider next time we travel to florida! 9/10

Nice property, quiet neighborhood.

We had an issue upon check in but the management was very receptive and fixed the problem immediately. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained, water was clear and did not have a "chlorine" smell. The kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are good size, only issue the beds need replaced but we have stayed here twice and overall close to 192 and parks.

Hollywood villa

Good villa in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the parks and Disney Springs. There is an Aldi 12 mins away and a Walmart 5 minutes away. Check in and out was seamless and the owner is a nice guy. Would definitely recomend to friends and family.

It was a beautiful property with great amenities. The pool, hot tub and games room were a hit for all family members. We had very small « issues » with the games room which were rectified very quickly.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
