The 120 square metre flat for up to 14 people consists of 4 rooms with parquet flooring (101, 103, 104, 105), each with its own shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with extendable table offers space for 5-6 people and is exclusively available to the tenants of this flat. Large groups will be delighted if we convert the large room 103 into a living/dining room for up to 14 people or into a seminar room which can be used by up to 26 people.
Named after the music and pop genius David Bowie (* 1947 in London - † 2016 in New York),
organised several times by ART CONCERTS/Franz Abraham in Munich in the 90s.
Minimum period: 3 nights; a booking of only 2 nights is possible for the price of 2.5 nights.

The owner family Gundel and Franz Abraham live here with their dog, cats, chickens and sheep and have gradually opened their wonderful ‘multi-family house’ to cultured, open-minded travellers and long-term tenants. We receive guests from all cultures and welcome workers just as warmly as multi-millionaires.

THE LOCATION

Schloss Mörlbach is located on the southern edge of the village of Mörlbach with its 200 inhabitants,
5 minutes to Berg / Lake Starnberg; 25 minutes to Munich; 5 minutes to Icking railway station (S7). If you walk just a little way up the hill from our manor house, you have a spectacular view over meadows, fields and forests to the imposing backdrop of the Northern Limestone Alps with their impressive peaks.

Temporary home The Mörlbacher Schlösschen is a unique mixture of hotel, holiday flat, shared flat and boarding house, where guests can look after themselves and live together in a variety of ways over four floors and a park-like garden. It is the home of the Abraham family and a temporary home for a stimulating mix of friendly, cosmopolitan people: in private living areas, with 6 kitchens and 21 rooms.
