The high quality and modern vacation home "Casa Arabella" is located at the edge of the popular seaside resort Playa Blanca, close to the sparkling sea. The 115 m² vacation home is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, thus offering space for 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (operated by a coin machine), a safe, a washing machine and cable TV. The beautiful private outdoor area impresses with open and covered terraces where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings enjoying a glass of wine and delicious homemade dishes from the stone barbecue before enjoying the fantastic sunset. The sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax amidst palm trees, while the pool area invites you to take a refreshing dip or relax in the whirlpool. The pool is heated between October 1st and April 30th. Within 17 minutes (1.4 km) walk you can reach supermarkets, numerous cafes and restaurants located along the promenades and marina. The nearest sandy beach, Playa Dorada, can be reached after a 15-minute walk (1.3 km) to the town center, while the beautiful Playa Mujeres beach is a 14-minute drive (6.6 km) from the property. In addition, Lanzarote's international airport is just a 30-minute drive (33 km) from Playa Blanca.
