Private Walkout Condo to Ski/Hike/Bike/Pool...A Relaxing Grand Adventure awaits

Our condo has had a complete make over!! From floor to ceiling, we have updated with new flooring, painting & furniture through the unit. Drive into the heated underground parking garage and enjoy the gracious amenities of Base Camp One. Completed in 2009, Base Camp One is one of Colorado's newest ski in/ski out premier mountain residences. Our comfortable walkout residence offers a beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom and 1 1/2 Bath with stone fireplace that is steps away from the main ski/bike lift, swimming pool-hot tub ($10 fee per person, per day for access card to pool area, 8 yrs. age and under free) and fresh mountain air. Fraser river is nearby with gold medal fishing and a Craig Stadler designed Granby (Headwaters) Golf Course. Excellent Lift-Fed Biking/Hiking trails on property (You may park your bikes/Skis right out the back door). Ski and Bike rentals are available seasonally. Rocky Mountain National Park, the Never Summer, Indian Peaks Mountain Range, Lake Granby and Grand Lake are also nearby.
Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full size washer/dryer in unit. King size bed in master with spacious shower and dual sink. 2 full size bunkbeds in 2nd bedroom across the hall from full bath/shower. Large sitting area in living area. Walk out your back patio for ground level access to the ski lift. Private Wi-Fi, a 60" television and shared BBQ grill adjacent to back patio await your visit.
City Market Supermarket is only 2 miles away, located across SR 40 adjacent from the main entrance.
Numerous visitor services are available in the quaint mountain town of Granby, only four miles away. Sulphur Ranger district office is 2.5 miles away off SR 40 before downtown Granby, CO. Winter Park is 16 miles away with numerous summer and winter activities.
The hearth room just down the hall or the gas burning fire pit outside Base Camp provide an easy oasis or gathering after a day of mountain biking, skiing or hiking. This room has a large screen TV, large fireplace, wireless internet, and plenty of luxury seating. The Granby Ranch Grill has a new menu and is a dozen steps away from the back patio. Granby Ranch is a beautiful backdrop for many weddings too!

Wonderful Rest!

We love Granby Ranch and the surrounding area. This is the 2nd time staying in Walter’s condo which is a great place for resting, relaxation and hiking.

Great again!

We love this unit and Base Camp One. Being able to walk right out the back balcony right out to the ski slope is so nice! Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. This is our third stay here and definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect Location

We stayed in Walter’s condo with our three young kids. The bunk room was just perfect for them. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location simply cannot be beat. It is literally steps from the ski lift. My husband worked for part of the time we were there, and he could see us as we skied down. It made it so easy to take bathroom breaks and go inside for a quick lunch or rest. We came to Granby with 4 other families and liked our unit best. We hope to stay there again next year! If there is anything I’d pick on, it would possibly be the cookware and how well stocked the unit was. I would probably bring my own pots/pans to cook with as well as Tupperware for leftovers next year. The other items we needed to purchase were dish soap/sponge, ziplock bags, and body wash. It’s always difficult to know what will be available at rentals. This was definitely not a big deal.

Great property and great location to lift

This unit is the perfect location for ski in / ski out. You are only steps from the lift and can leave straight from the back porch gate. We have stayed in this unit multiple years and have no complaints.

Long ski weekend

We had a great stay. This is the closest unit to the lift which makes skiing with little kids a lot easier! The unit was very comfy and clean.

Great Location, Great Property, Great Host for Granby Ranch Wedding!

We stayed for a wedding at Granby Ranch, two couples from Minnesota. With a beautiful walkout right to the chairlift loading point and the great lawn, you couldn't be closer to all the action. During the day we enjoyed easy access to the mountain for biking, hiking, and disc golf and enjoyed the beautiful pool facilities. For the wedding, we walked with ease out the patio walkout to the wedding, reception, and after party at Bistro Bar. The condo itself has everything you could need, lots of towels, ample seating (between couches, sit up bar, 6 person table), laundry in condo, two clean and updated bathrooms, smart TVs with streaming logins, and all the kitchen appliances including multiple blender options! Note- It was hot at night but we slept with the windows open and fans running. The host was very responsive and check-in/out was seamless. Parking was included for one car in conveniently attached ramp. 10/10 if you are coming for wedding this is THE SPOT to stay!

Nice clean place, good location to surrounding area, and we enjoyed our stay.

The only suggestion would be a new grill and because of the hot spell, air conditioning. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Perfect Ski Trip and Location

This condo is located on the ground floor at Base Camp One. It faces toward the ski area so you can literally walk out, put your skis on, and ski over to the lift. The location is perfect! The condo is decorated very nice and the beds were comfortable. I communicated with the owner about a couple of things and their response was timely and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience and our family had a wonderful time. This was our boys first ski trip and they loved it! Granby has a family friendly atmosphere and the staff is great. We look forward to our next ski trip to Granby and hope to stay here again!

The location was perfect- could literally ski right up to our balcony. Fully stocked. Comfy beds. Great seating around the living room for the family in the evening. Short walk to the grill for lunch or dinner, ticket window for lift tickets. Short drive to tubing and snow mobiling. Great smaller mountain for learning to ski. I would definitely rent this condo again!!

Perfect location, as close to the chairlift and firepit as possible.

We stayed for a friend's wedding, the ground level patio was as close as we could get to the action. Had we not been part of the wedding party and wanted a quiet space we could have closed the patio door and been perfectly happy as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway in the mountains

Loved everything about this condo! I reserved close to a year out as it was for a wedding and I wanted to make sure my family was on property. The condo looked just like the pictures. Very clean, easy accessible, and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Messaged about a crack we noticed on furniture and they got ahold of us right away. Only issue was the construction mess, and then the building was getting repainting which made getting in and out of garage a hassle some days, and painters scared us coming on the back patio set up but this isn't the fault of the owners. We didn't utilize the pool but other family staying did and they enjoyed the warm water. Had a nice breeze at night to cool off, plenty of fans throughout condo also.
