This 3600 square foot luxury home is built and equipped to accommodate the larger family groups. Five bedrooms, three and one half baths with all the comforts you would expect.

The "bunk" room over the garage has four sets of trundle beds for the kids and teens, and the lower level has a game room with pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, and video games. There are also a porta-crib and junior bed available for the "wee" folk.

Family Ski Trip

Wonderful home near local ski resorts

This is a wonderful home situated just 5 minutes from both local ski resorts. Comfortable. Plenty of beds. All you could need in terms of ammenities. Friendly hosts. We have stayed here twice and would do so again.

Great house for 3 families with lots of character

We had three families together for a ski weekend. Had a great time in this amazing house. It was so fun to be able to see all the history in this house. Very comfortable for all of us. Kids loved the game room in the basement. Close to Boyne for skiing. Hope we can snag it again next year!

Perfect Northern Michigan Get Away!

Can’t say enough great things about this home. It works out perfectly for multiple families especially with kids. The location is fantastic and convenient. Conveniently located between both Nubs, Nob, and Boyne Highlands. Will definitely be back!

Great Family Home Near Local Ski Resorts

We had a group of fathers and sons looking for a place to stay near the local ski resorts. This home was perfect for us. Warm fireplace, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen and great location. The hosts were particularly responsive and helpful from initial booking, to pre-visit, and through the visit itself. Wonderful spot.

Family Ski Trip

This was the sweetest, most quaint and comfortable home we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Sandy and Bill for allowing us into your special home. It’s obvious how much you love it. Close to Nubs and Highlands if skiing is what you’re looking for. Lovely home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

We went to Northern Michigan for our granddaughters high school graduation party. Our 2 sons and their families and my husband and I stayed at this property. We were only few miles from the home of our daughters family where the party was. This home has everything you would ever need. We cooked breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this home. The owners were easy to get ahold of and were very pleasant to talk to.

Great House

This was a great place to stay for our family ski weekend! There was lots of space for us all to enjoy. The kids loved the game room in the basement, as well as the cozy loft nook. The house was fully stocked and it was nice to feel like we were in a home away from our home with all of their decorations around. The beds were so-so but there were enough fans for all of the bedrooms which was great for our love of sound at night. There were lots of nightlights too which was nice! The hosts were wonderful with communicating before check-in to make sure we didn't have any questions. They had a binder with lots of helpful information as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay

My wife and kids and our friends loved our stay at this property! We were there for 4 nights and my kids and their friends had plenty of things to do and move around! All 5 kids stayed in the trundle bed room and had a blast! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, plates, silverware...oh and the location! Literally minutes from Highlands and Nubs! Highly recommend 10/10. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Also, the owners were a pleasure to work with!

Holiday Stay

Our entire family was able to stay at this property over the holidays (8 adults and 2 kids). The house provided ample sleeping for everyone and the game room is fantastic. Communication with Fullmer family from the date of booking was fantastic. No question went unanswered. I highly recommend this property.

Great spot!

Lovely house with lots a character. Excellent location with easy access to ski hills. The games in the basement were great for the kids and adults. The owners were extremely communicative and helpful.

Cozy Little Spot

I really liked this place a lot. It was spacious enough for my family! We had 13 people and all fit comfortably! Plus, it was perfectly located right in between Nubs Nob and Boyne Highland. We had lift tickets at both places and were able to get to each one within minutes. The game room was great for everyone, adults and kids! I would recommend this location for sure! It is way better than the photographs even show!

Cozy, very inviting, and close to Boyne Highlands

The house has everything you need for a great time skiing or enjoying other activities. The basement is fantastic for the kids with games and plenty of room. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, space, and a great deck and yard out back. Great parking also. Had a wonderful cookout on the grill. Thank you so much for sharing! Hope to stay there again!

Awesome property, great location.

This place is an amazing, first-class property. It doesn't feel like a modern hotel or rental property, it feels like the place that you would wish to create memories with your whole family; something almost out of a movie. We played pool in the basement, watched deer run around, we cooked together, and spread out by the fireplace. (btw, unlike other places I have stayed, the kitchen pots and pans were plentiful and in great shape). Very impressed, will return, will recommend.

Cozy Christmas vacation

We enjoyed our week at this property. It is complete with everything that you could need for meals, bedrooms are as expected and all supplies, towels, etc. are abundant and handy. The owners are extremely generous with their time and quick responses to any questions before we came and the one contact during our stay. Their binder of instruction, suggestions, emergency info, restaurants is quite thorough. The decor for Christmas was delightful and easily set up for on/off operations. TV instructions were easy to understand, We found everything for outside snow play on the premises and very much enjoyed the property and winter views. WI-FI is readily available. We decided the bedrooms are the best place to find available outlets for plugging in chargers and devices. However, the Wi-Fi works just fine throughout the house. The game room in the lower level was a bonus and we enjoyed ping pong, pinball, video game and air hockey. Quite a fun home and very comfortable for our immediate family of 6. We cooked our own meals daily, due to Covid restrictions for dining out, except for Pizza one night and delivery was easy and very good pizza. Skiing was available throughout our week and the location between the two ski hills is just perfect - a quick drive over or a longer walk around the golf course and the easy trails throughout the property. I highly recommend this rental and the owners know just how to make it cozy and comfortable! Five star vacation to end 2020.

Spacious and Plenty of Beds!

The home was perfect for our annual golf trip. We have a fairly large group, the home accommodated all of us and had individual beds for everyone. Although the weather did not cooperate at all, the home had plenty of stuff to do inside to keep us busy while we waited out the weather.
