Located in the Heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country, also known as the Cradle of Aviation and “Crooked Lake” by the locals. This lakefront home is perfect for family vacations and other special occasions. The lakefront views from every room are spectacular! Plenty of room for relaxing, both inside and out.

However you want to describe the region, guests will soon realize why the Lady of the Lakes has become the top destination in the Finger Lakes Region.

When you pare together the breathtaking scenery and delightful locale offered by the lake itself with our beautiful home you are in for an unforgettable getaway!

Situated on the WESTSIDE of KEUKA LAKE between Branchport & Hammondsport, this contemporary custom lakeside home is right on the water’s edge and boasts breathtaking views of the lake & bluff from every room any season, enhanced by a deck on the west side of the house, a lakeside Patio, and a HUGE, 1200 sqft dock, (great for sunning, fishing OR mooring your boat!). Virtually everything in this comfortable home is new. Enjoy a beautiful 100+ feet of shale gradual entry beach all situated in a great protected cove, it is perfect for kids and adults alike.

We have taken great care to make this lovely lake home into a modern delight and we think you will agree that this is one of the finest rentals on all of Keuka.

The bedroom on the lake level of the house includes a Queen size bed, with a bathroom next door, equipped with a washer and dryer and shower. The large, multi-bed 2nd floor bedroom includes custom-made QUEEN SIZE bunk beds, plus an additional QUEEN SIZE bed. Sleeping accommodations for 8 people, total! The second floor is rounded out with another bathroom & shower, as well as a built-in wooden desk & chair, all overlooking the lake & bluff!
The “Cooks” kitchen is complete with beautiful Cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and will allow you to cook up the “catch” of the day or just allow for some great appetizers to be prepared. Enjoy your meal on the deck, the patio, or lounging on the HUGE DOCK, which will definitely allow you to unwind and forget about your worries. If you don’t feel like being in the kitchen take a short two minute walk to Lakeside Restaurant and allow them to do the cooking for you.

This home includes wood & tile flooring and hand-crafted wood trim on the windows and doorways, and is rounded out nicely with CENTRAL AIR conditioning. The family room allows you to relax while looking out over the beautiful scenes of Keuka.

Perhaps you would enjoy games along the shore, and at night you can relax and tell some stories while gazing at the stars. Go fishing from the huge dock or take the kayak out for a peaceful ride, there is no bad way to enjoy Keuka!

Enjoy the moonlight dancing across the water and perks of lakeside OR venture out to renowned Finger Lakes winery trails, many new microbreweries, distilleries, quaint villages, restaurants, (by car or boat), marinas, tourist attractions & conveniences.

Wine making and aviation has shaped the region and endless vistas unfold from the vine clad hills. Over a dozen award winning wineries and micro- breweries offer samplings of their handcrafted wines and champagnes, & beers. Venture out on your own, following the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, or book a wine tour and leave the driving to a pro so you can enjoy the sampling and the views.

From casual to gourmet, hotdogs to upscale cuisine, dining by land or water, you will not have to travel far to find a memorable meal. As a matter of fact, you are within a two minute walk to the Lakeside Restaurant and a fully stocked marina.

Quaint shops in the Village of Hammondsport offer souvenirs, gifts, and fine arts. Take the road less traveled and go shopping for that perfect antique.

Best dock on the west side

This home was the perfect place for our week long summer vacation. The dock is so big and the home provided all the fun amenities we needed to enjoy every moment there. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating; great with all communication. The stairs / walk in beach area was wonderful for our young kids. The house is situated in a cove that provides nice protection from the wind on a breezy day! Would highly recommend!

A beautiful weekend getaway.

The place was fabulous and the pictures on the website didn’t really capture the beauty as much as being there in person. The house was incredibly clean and outfitted with everything one needs. The Lakeside restaurant, a two minute walk, was a delightful addition to the houses location. Taking our morning coffee on the expansive dock and just gazing out on the surrounding beauty made it a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Lakeside Retreat

Visiting this property in the Fall foliage season was perfect for us. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing and refreshing. We watched the sun rise over the lake most mornings was such a blessing. As mentioned in the property description there are many steps to and on the property. For us this was not an issue. The property owners communication with us was quick , efficient and pleasant. We highly recommend !!!

Happy stay in Hammondsport

We had the most wonderful time at our stay in the perfect red house. The house was beautifully built with custom wood, trims and many windows to overlook the beautiful lake. The outside area was unbelievable, the decking, the furniture, and being right on the lake was beyond perfect. Our host, Diane and Rick were wonderful and very helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again and bring our boat the next time. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Cute rental on Keuka Lake!

A quick getaway for my family, 2 adults and 3 boys ranging from 9-13. This place was perfect! Very clean and perfect layout! The boys all had their own Queen size beds. Even as bunk beds. I’ve never seen bunk beds that big. They had their own bathroom as well. Kitchen was big and convenient. Had all the supplies we could have needed. The boys were able to fish off the dock. They were able to go magnet fishing as well. They enjoyed using the kayak and now we are being told kayaks are being added to their Christmas list. We had such a good time here. Very close to food and wineries. Would highly recommend. Easy communication with owner. Perfect! I hope we are able to come again.

Cannot stress enough how lovely this lake house was. Better than the photos. Clean as a whistle and very well equipped. The owners live next door and couldn’t have been nicer. The views are outstanding and the deck! Wish I could’ve stayed longer but back to reality!

A perfect family stay

This was our first family vacation on Keuka Lake and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and everything we needed (and more) was provided! The giant deck was perfect for lakeside dinners and daytime lake fun! Rick and Diane were fantastic hosts. I am telling all our friends and family that they need to stay here. Highly recommend you book this home for your stay!

Tranquil Lakeside Gem

Our communication with host Diane and Rick could not have been more accommodating. The house was clean and perfectly appointed. The deck is awesome, makes you feel like you are part of the lake. Peaceful, serene! We had a couple of rainy days which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the best New York wineries, breweries and distilleries. On the sunny days we rented a pontoon from Jake’s Boat Livery and toured Keuka and hung out on the deck! Perfect in every way!!

A semi-retired couple, with two grown children (& small grandchildren) who enjoy the lake as much as we do! We'd love to have you come see us, and take advantage of this amazing spot on the lake.

Why they chose this property

Keuka Lake has always been a special place for us. Having spent years coming to visit the lake, we decided we needed to make a permanent place for us. This spot in particular has an amazing feel with the small cove and beach entry that just has a way of relaxing all who spend time there. It's a wonderful place to get away!

What makes this property unique

It's a unique spot in that you can enjoy the beautiful lakeside view of the bluff, while enjoying the comfortable and totally modern amenities of the house, including the large, 1200 sqft dock, the Patio, and the additional walk-out Deck just off the front door. Visitors can get away from it all, but be close enough to enjoy the local antique shops, wineries/breweries/distilleries and restaurants, if desired.
