super Lage der Unterkunft; Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Einfahrt für den Lieferverkehr des angrenzenden Hotels. Dadurch kann es morgens durchaus etwas lauter auf dem Balkon sein. Aber ansonsten ruhig gelegen und sehr strandnah. Der Strandabgang befindet sich genau gegenüber vom Eingang des Hauses. Also sehr kurzer Weg. Die Rezeption des Paradies Rügen war sehr nett und wir hatten einen freundlichen Empfang.

Es handelt sich um eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung, die trotzdem nahe dem Zentrum liegt. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung ist durchaus auch für 4 Personen (2E/2K) geeignet. Super ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Binz sehr begrenzt und kostenpflichtig ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und würden auch die gleiche Wohnung mieten,

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war es gut
An sich was alles ok. Direkt am Strand aber das Restaurant nebenan ist störend. Wenn man abends auf den Balkon sitzt, rauscht die ganze Zeit die Lüftungsanlage des Restaurants. Ebenso rollen die Mitarbeiter sehr früh am Morgen und spät abends irgendwie Container mit Tischdecken hin und her. Die Geräusche vom Restaurant waren das einzige was uns gestört hat. Sonst war alles ok. Der Balkon ist auch schön groß.
